Melo was great. He was very polite and punctual. He listened to me complain about a place I just left that terribly messed up my order and reassured me that my order from him was correct. Great guy. Hope to see him next time we go there.

Came to this location a couple times due to the proximity of my work, each time I thought the custard portion sizes were a little smaller than my usual Culver's location, no biggie. But I went here 9/30/25 and paid $5 for a two scoop of lemon ice. And it was the size of a one scoop. Since I ordered through the drive thru I asked the runner if this was a two scoop and they said yes. I will refrain from ordering custard from this location.

Coming from the West Coast, we don't have Culver's so I didn't know what to expect. After going, I can say that it's a typical fast food place with tasty food but I wonder, as with all fast food places, just how processed is the food and what ingredients are in the food for it to taste the way it tastes? I would love it if Culver's took the responsibility of taking one menu item, let's say their frozen custard, and list out all ingredients they use in making it. That way customers can make a healthy decision based on information and not just taste.

Salad didn’t have much lettuce. Very little Bacon and what was there, was not crispy. So if you like a little rubbery fat ……. Blue cheese, just a little of that too.
Update: Culver’s did offer to replace these. Food Rating has been upgraded to reflect they are a company that cares. Hopefully staff was better trained as well. This update fits what is generally provided.
