2 scoops of ice cream and Literally only 5 pecans and a little bit of salted caramel for all this ice cream.I will from now on. Just travel all the way back over on 21st street to go get my food and ice cream. They hook you up with the caramel and the pecans. Heck Dairy Queen give u more and the price is a couple cents cheaper same amount of ice cream too very disappointing and I said to make sure the put enough caramel and pecans and only 5 pecans smh

Had cod and walleye sandwiches. Both were greasy and fish was soggy, unlike the advertisement which shows chunky, flaky fish. Would definitely never get fish again at this restaurant.

Waited 10 minutes for an online order that they informed me that all that was needed was for it to be "bagged up". The employee that told me this spent this 10 minutes talking to the employee that was supposed to be getting the orders ready and informing me multiple times it would only be a little bit until i get my order.

We never ever get any order correct anytime we place in an other. This happened for the 55 times today. And guess what I called one of them and he happens to be the manager and he did not even care nor bother to tell us to come back to line and get the order correct. He said it is why is it. I will never ever recommend that branch of Culver’s ever again. The guy is so rude and got. no manners nor ethics of customer service.

I’m not sure if they’ve greatly reduced the size of the single scoop serving in a dish or if I’m just imagining that they used to be much larger. Tonight we got two “single scoop” servings of the flavor of the day. It was delicious, but the dishes were so small and the “scoop” only filled about half of that. The dishes themselves were about 1 1/4” tall, only slightly deeper than the plastic cover they put on top. Was this some sort of toddler size serving that we got instead of the actual single scoop size? We paid more than $6 for what amounted to maybe 2 or 3 tablespoons of custard in each dish. I wish I had taken a photo, it was almost comical how small they were. It left us feeling sort of ripped off.
This Culver's all the workers were Very polite and helpful... it's a newer store and it was horrible weather perhaps that's why everyone was so attentive and quick... anyways, it was an enjoyable, tasty experience...usually other Culver's takes forever.
