Worst customer service ever…there was a fly in my chocolate blizzard..Il went to the car and I started eating my ice cream and there was a bug in my ice cream.. a literal bug… I came back and they will not accept it back …yeah right like I just have flies in my pocket to put in a blizzard yuck. Im so pissed and just wants to avoided conflict..The person that was behind the counter was so rude and nasty. I would never go there again.

So bad, i wanna give you a 0 but thats not possible so i give you a 1, i ordered 3 different things, one m&m blizzard, one cookie dough one and one of the new pumpkin ones, tell me why when i got my order every single one of my blizzards were all oreo and receses but I never ordered that? I was so confused and also there was like no oreos in the ice cream so.. WTH makes absolutely 0 sense so yet again 0/10

Wow i gotta say for something so simple as the chili dog Dq has the recipe for this down to a science its one of the tastiest ones ive eaten. Ive been eating them since the 80s in the footlongs version were always the best. The food at this location is always hot and fresh.The banana splits are great also as well as the sundaes.Excellent friendly cashiers and fast service! Looking forward to making repeat visits at this location.

Wanted to love it, but did not love it ordered an Oreo blizzard gave me a Reeses with marshmallow fluff blizzard and refused to fix it

I wanted to love it, but my experience was bad this time. I ordered the blizzards as usual and the guy working was very friendly and fast, which is great. However, I was very disappointed when I received the blizzard - it was like water! No thickness at all. I usually don’t mind when workers don’t flip it but this is a milkshake, not a blizzard. I hope you make it up to me, Dairy Queen. Nobody wants a drinkable blizzard.

DQ on Douglas is a wonderful place. I love the mix of people - from all walks of life - chatting and having fun in line. But the best part - in addition to the hot fudge sundaes - is the staff.
