I love DQ but this one has got to be the slowest and most inconsistent that I've been too. You can order a medium and end up with a small, or order a small and end up with a massive amount of ice cream. Blizzards haven't been blended great. But, that DQ soft-serve is hard to pass on.

Went to DQ 1:30pm today an older gentleman was working I could hear him in back I said hello he didn’t respond I waited 3-4 minutes finally he came to the front. the window was open never greeted me he started emptying a box of something in maybe a cooler. I said hello he ask me if I was door dash I said no. He replied ok well I have to get another box, left the front went to back n never came back to window I waited maybe a total of 5-8 minutes, I just left never got any serves from this older man. I was trying to be patience all I wanted was a small cone.

1:45 on Sunday Just stood in line for ten minutes watching two groups in front of me leave while two employees sat in the back of the store pretending to be busy you lost approximately ten orders I had to pound on the window to get anyone’s attention

The staff at this store (3320 Douglas Ave) tonight was ridiculous and rude to a customer this evening and continued to carry on with their attitude in front of other customers with no care in the world. After a women asked for napkins politely and said thank you multiple time not a single worker took the time to acknowledge her. After she tossed the napkins back into the window, they proceeded to talk smart about her (loud enough that she heard them) and carry attitude towards others. In this line of business this is not how you should treat your customers and act out in front of others in the line.

Horrible Dairy Queen, was awful and full of hoodlums. Felt very unsafe. There were so many homeless people around. The service here was some of the worst around. Took up to an hour to get a couple blizzards and the workers took forever. I’m pretty sure I saw one of the receiving intimate actions in the back. Don’t come here!
Went there for the blizzard deal, just to be told they don't honor the deal. They should put up a sign somewhere, so that way we don't wait in a long line to get told no.

Been there twice in the last month. I have to say the young men and woman there are exceptionally polite. GREAT customer service! Great food.
