I havent had a buster bar in a year, and today I was craving one, so I went and bout four! By far this Dairy Queen has fell off! This was the smallest buster bar I've ever gotten, also it was missing the best part the fudgie stuff in the middle and bottom! Not only was is small and missing the west parts it was insanely over priced! It also bearly had any peanuts ! I will never go here again!!!!!!!

I can now say all 3 Dairy Queen’s in Racine are now terrible. But this one may be the worst. Pulled couldn’t understand anything he said. The guy at the window messed up my order and he smelled horrible! I didn’t even want the order anymore.. I shouldn’t be able to smell that you’re musty from the window of a drive thru! This place should be closed until they figure it out.

Paid extra for extra peanut butter cups and received a blizzard that had almost no peanut butter cups.
Worst experience ever. Waited over 30 minutes for our order and it wasn’t right. So sad that it was sold. The group of kids that ran it before had it down to an art and you never waited more than 10 minutes. Needless to say I won’t be back.

Do not order cakes from here!! Showed up with confirmation email and order number. They had no cake and said their servers must have been down. They did nothing to make it right, and did not care at all that an 8 year old did not have a birthday cake. Steer clear of this place. Super shady establishment. ?

I am done with this Dairy Queen. First time I went when the new owners took over. I got a Reese‘s peanut butter cup blizzard. There were 2 cups and the reason for that was because they had shred a hole in the 1st cup, so therefore I had pieces of the paper cup in my blizzard. I’ve tried two more times in which my husband wanted a banana split blizzard and they did not have any bananas. someone needs to teach them how to run that business. I don’t recommend this Dairy Queen for anyone.
