If you love meats this is the place. Fresh meats and everything else.The service is fast and friendly.The sub sandwiches are large with plenty of meat.The whole sandwich is large enough to fill up even the largest of appetites. It tasted great with plenty of toppings and the price is right.The butcher section has a great selection of everything.I look forward to making visits here more often for the great food and service.

Friendly neighborhood butcher! Love having these guys close to me. I probably shop there once week. They always have a wide selection of fresh meats & deli items. So much better than any grocery store. I can always trust the quality & have peace of mind about what I'm feeding my family.

The trusted old butcher in Racine. I don’t live here and I still come here when I’m in town. Not necessarily to get meat - while they look good, I’m generally too far from home to get groceries. But I always get burger and fries here. They never fail. Always cooked to order and generous. If you get a basket of fries, be ready to get enough for the whole table - iit comes in one of those styrofoam take out boxes (the large one) filled to the full.

This is the best place for fresh meats that I've been to in Racine. Every cut I've gotten here has been very good, and I especially like the homemade sausages and jerky.
The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that their deli meats are Boar's Head, which has become a disreputable brand with an extreme disregard for food safety sandards. I know that's not something this business has any control over, but I hope they're looking into switching to a more trustworthy brand.

Drove pass the area , decided to give a try . We bought smoked pork chops, beef and turkey jerkey, smoked pork chops were good , similar to smoked ham ,not good enough to go back. Both jerkey were coated with something sticky , I guess sugar, don't eat their jerkey while you drive , very very chewy , maybe most chewy jerkey I came across. I did not buy their meat , don't know the quality, price was pretty high . I like to support small local businesses, may try again few years later..

Our go-to butcher when we are in Racine; miss them when we are not. Best place to get Prime Rib for family celebratory meals. They always remember us even if we go awhile without visiting the area.
Go to the counter, turn around, look right, See that freezer? Yeah, go check out all the fun and unique meats and sausages in there. Korean Black Garlic Brats was our latest endeavor!

The sandwiches are hands down the best in the city. All the various options they have in their frozen section are awesome. And I got them as the second best burger in Racine! Great cuts of meat as well. Highly recommend.
