Ordering through DoorDash often means paying more for each item than if you picked it up in-store. Today, I placed a $65 order, and the quality of the food I received was absolutely unacceptable.

I had specifically requested a hand-tossed pizza but received a thin crust instead. Additionally, I ordered three cheeseburgers, a large fry, and zucchini sticks. The way the food was packaged was disgraceful—everything in the bag was completely smashed. The zucchini sticks and fries were especially bad; they were so crushed together that they were impossible to separate.

When I called the store to address the issue, the employee who answered was indifferent and told me that, since I ordered through DoorDash, it was their problem, not the restaurant's. I expressed my frustration and asked him to inform the owner or manager, but I doubt the message will ever be passed along.

With so many other pizza places in the area, you’d think they’d care about providing better service to keep customers coming back. This was my first and last time ordering from this place. To anyone considering it—don’t bother. They clearly don’t care about the quality of their food or how it’s packaged.

Fettuccine Alfredo was super dry and they charge $1.00 for a little cup of salad dressing for your salad. I also ordered the combination platter. It was fried way too much. I should have sent it all back. Very stingy with napkins. Very bad experience. First & last time there. Do not recommend.

We had excellent experience, pizza was delicious and salted caramel chocolate was so good!!! The service was nice and fast and Trent was very helpful! Will be back for more chocolates and food for sure!

It's not as good-tasting as the locals believe. ? The dough was less than tasty, and the sauce was average. I didn't try the small chocolate choices; I was looking for peanut clusters. ?

They have been in business since 1953, and it must have been a great pizza pie at one time. #pizza #foodreview

I'll admit, I was a little thrown off that s pizza place also had sweets, but it works! Not only that, but both are actually really good. Sauce is nice with a hint of sweetness - which works well, especially if you're getting pineapple on your pizza. Yes, pineapple DOES belong on pizza. Have had the chocolate covered Nutter Butters and the s'mores bark - VERY good! My favorite pizza place in Racine.

Do not order through google. The delivery will be through door dash and it will not show up on your door dash account. So, if they decide to not read what you ordered and send you something completely different then they wont fix it. Neither can you do anything through door dash because you ordered through google rather than door dash. Google tells you to call the restaurant. Ordered a large pizza with pepperoni, onions, extra sauce, and sausage. It is on my receipt. Received a cold sausage pizza. Illiteracy is a rising problem. They told me that door dash was the problem and to get the problem fixed through them but the way I see it, they delivered the order with my name on it. So either I received the wrong pizza, with my name on it, or they just didn't read what I ordered. Either way, durangos is at fault.

I absolutely love everything about this place and your pizza is phenomenal! The older floors and the glass case with chocolates add to the atmosphere of wonderful smells,

I absolutely love this place! Delicious pizza, delicious chocolate, amazing ice cream, the fried chicken was pretty good, spaghetti could've had more sauce, but the chicken parm really did make up for it.A pregnant woman's dream.
