DeRango's Pizza Delivery

Not going to lie, food is fairly good, but that's why they can tolerate the absolutely rude and aggressive manager. We order weekly, give good tips. We usually just suck up mistakes and don't call in for a refund. However, today I called and asked for a refund for the chicken dumpling soup I ordered bc it was tasteless and filled with vegetables. (Peas, green beans, corn, etc. very weird and far from normal). The woman, I'm guessing the manager, she wouldn't id herself, was horrible. So rude, aggressive and badgering. I'm shocked that behind the scenes that's who we patronize. I'll follow-up with the owner tomorrow, I truly hope this is just a bad hire and not the true representation of this neighborhood restaurant.

UPDATE: I called the owner the next day, completely different attitude than I got with the person previously. Owner apologized for the treatment I received the day before, asked questions to help determine who was on the phone me (bc she wouldn't give me her name). He seemed very sincere in his response. I'm very glad I called the next day. I would have been so disappointed if this rogue employee's response was the impression I was left with in my mind. I've called and ordered food twice since this event and all was well. Usually the ladies that answer the phones are very nice and I normally have good communication.

their food sucks it's bland it doesn't even taste like Italian food all it taste like is nothing but tomato paste if they had better cooks that knew anything about this type of food it would turn out better put more Italian seasoning oregano and garlic it would be better stop slacking for the expensive prices

I recently ordered and couldn't be happier with my experience! We decided to try their Italian beef pizza, and it was absolutely delicious! The flavors were rich and satisfying, and you can tell they use quality ingredients.

We also ordered teriyaki wings and parmesan wings, and both were fantastic! The teriyaki wings were perfectly glazed, sweet, and savory, while the parmesan wings were crispy and loaded with flavor. Each bite was a delight!

The service was top-notch too. The person who took my order was patient, friendly, and made sure everything was correct.

Overall, we had a great experience and will definitely be ordering from here again. Highly recommend for anyone looking for tasty pizza and wings! ??

We used to get the stuffed pizza here when I was pregnant, about 12 years ago. Even if you are a thin-crust purist you should try this decadent DeRangos stuffed pizza at least once. It's soooo cravable and delish- the bottom crust is buttery and flaky, not thin and crispy, but not like puffy thick bread either. Lots of toppings and an AMAZING sauce, on the sweeter side, as pizza sauce should be. So yesterday, we went and picked up a stuffed pizza for the first time in years, and it was exactly the same. Delicioso!

Parking: Parked just steps away from the door, no problem.

My favorite DeRango's to go to. The ladies at the desk are nice and the pizza better at this location than the others in my opinion.

Have had issues in the past with missing order items for delivery (and re-delivery) and terrible communication with refunds, but the pizza is usually fairly good, so we order from here once a month or so. My husband got a pizza and some chocolate chip cookie dough custard for take out tonight- 2nd bite into the custard and there was unfortunately a long hair completely embedded in the ice cream. I’m usually never a complainer (or reviewer), but it was the most unpleasant experience, and a waste of money.

AWESOME ? food and service, i had seafood plater one week, i ordered the Cod fish dinner, it was amazing, tasted Yummy Fresh not greasy, Fries ? were perfect, our family has had the lasanga and variety of pizza ? all soo Good. ? highly recommend, also promt and excellent delivery

Just got a stuffed pizza and was the best! Not since Bounavitas have I had one done the way its supposed to be done.
