never have i ever had any issues with dominos in my life. i just recently moved to the area and every time we order, something comes out wrong. i called and spoke with a manager around 6:45 on a friday night. i didn’t even ask for her i just asked if our order could be remade she said yes, apologized profusely and said someone would deliver in the next 30-35 mins. an hour goes by and my partner calls and the new manager on staff said no one is coming and the order wasn’t remade. well wouldn’t it have been nice to know an hour sooner so we could figure out to accommodate for dinner? he said he’d give us a $40 credit and we didn’t get that either.

Placed a pick-up order on their website and selected cash for payment option. I got to the store, the person running the register said they could not take a $100 bill despite it nearly being a $40 order, nowhere online or in store does it say they did not accept $100 bills.
Then I got home and 2/3 items I got were wrong.

I wanted to review based on our delivery driver tonight, Tim, he was such a sweetheart, very kind and friendly! Our food got delivered fast and it was still hot and fresh. Every time I’ve gotten food from this dominoes it was delicious!!

My parents live in a different part of town. They advised me against Domino's based on their store. However, I am blown away by how great the pizza is at our location!!! For example, we tried the stuffed crust tonight. Not only was it full of stretchy cheese, but they thoroughly coated the crust in garlic parmesan. The delivery driver was super friendly. Just all round great pizza.. Especially for a chain!
I order here like twice a week, and they get my order wrong like 50% of the time. Everytime I order no garlic seasoning stuff on my crust, I hate it, it's gross, awful and makes holding the pizza annoying. Today I ordered a pizza selected no garlic seasoning crusts as always, they delivered, it's wrong, as expected, this time I actually bothered to call them and get a replacement sent, the replacement Pizza arrives and it too has the garlic seasoning on it. You've got to be kidding me, at this point I swear they do it on purpose. I'm done with this Dominoes, I moved here from Kenosha where my local dominoes was much better. And for 6months I've been ordering from here hoping they would get good, Domino's was my go to, too lazy to cook tonight food.
Should have just ordered Chinese instead, waste of money.

Second time this location confirmed an order an essentially left me waiting for a pizza that was being tracked but never delivered. I use Dominos often, not because I enjoy eating the cold garbage they consistently deliver, but because I'm a busy Mom with kids who don't know any better. I learned my lesson. Stay away from this location.
