The driver Mitchel shoved my sodas into the bag with pizzas and crushed them and made the soda warm. He just seemed like a jerk. Sorry to do this, I order alot and in the past your drivers have been really cool but not his guy.

We REALLY wanted to get excited about the 3 topping medium pizza special for 7.99, but as you may have thought- The deal was too good to be true. The Spinach, chicken feta was a cardboard like mess with very little of the chosen toppings. Not even every slice had some of the chosen toppings. How do you explain to some family members that they get the toppings and others don’t? They could’ve at least made sure each piece had some of the chosen toppings. The sauce was also very scarce and didn’t make up for the loss of toppings. The three meat thicker crust pizza was OK, but definitely did not stand up in comparison to other local pizzerias. The one thing I can say, is the physical help at the store was very kind. A gentleman opened the door for me and each of the employees that spoke to me or waited on me and said thank you. That’s a rarity and definitely a welcomed change from today’s norm. It may be the only thing that would inclined us to try this Domino’s again. .

So first time ordering from this Domino's. The pizza turned out amazing perfectly cooked. The wings I ordered on the other hand were supposed to be garlic parm. With a side of ranch dressing. Instead they're plain wings and they are drowning in ranch sauce. There is so much ranch on these wings, that the two sides of ranch that I paid for to come with the wings I don't even need. I would love to post a picture but I cannot there's no option for posting pictures. Also the wings are undercooked, they were soggy and cold

I do NOT recommend this place. I was here tonight on 12/6/24 and there were about 10 + employees and not a SINGLE employee was wearing gloves and 2 of the guys that were making pizzas kept wiping their noses with their bare hands and going back to making the pizza without washing, sanitizing, NOTHING.. I asked for a refund on the spot and let the manager know. I wish I would have taken videos. Also, I happen to be black, when I walked in, no one acknowledged me, asked what I was there for or anything. Shortly after, a white man walks in and they’re all over serving him. If you care about sanitation and customer service, this is NOT the place for you.

Ordered pizza works work party. Had delivery set for 11:45 for the lunch period. Pizza didn’t arrive until 12:15 was cold and burnt. When I called to inquire what was taking so long I was told the car broke down and the driver had to go to the auto shop. Why wasn’t fresh pizza sent out my another driver? It was $41.16 worth a pizza and the only thing offered to me was One free pizza. That’s not ok!

The pizza was very tasty. The pizza crust wasn't too thin or too thick, just right. Takeout only.
They do a good job at the Durand Ave Dominoes. The food is always fresh and perfectly cooked, this is the only location I use. The customer service has been good as well.

Extremely rude and disrespectful will never order delivery or take out from this store and none of my family and friends if I can help it the night shift phone person totally rude and unbelievablely disrespectful for a representative of domino's pizza I use to love domino's dang

This place is a joke! All the employees are extremely rude and lack professionalism! When you walk in there to pick up orders they never acknowledge you acting like no one is waiting there at the register and continue about their day having you wait for as long as they please. Don’t even get me started on delivery! It’s awful. This is not the first time that this has happened but it is the first time they made me wait almost 15 min and on top of that the guy who came cover only did so to skip me and take a phone call due to it ringing. It was a complaint phone call from another costumer! On top of that no apology given to me or anything. He was nothing but rude to the other costumer because even though he was going to remake their order he was making unpleasant faces with me right there! Very bad mannered, impolite and discourteous. I have also witness most of the employees there be GROSS! This place is literally waiting for a lawsuit to happen when they get someone sick! On more than one occasion we’ve seen the employees there handle money and do other things like fix their sweaty hats, greasy hair, their phones or half greasy ear bud slipping out their ears. That’s only a couple things I see them touch among anything else you can think of and we don’t see! Then they come back to prepare your food like nothing happened! The couple of times I’ve ordered from there before they’ve shown to be stingy with their toppings! That’s very unfair considering they charge you for everything you get on your pizza!

We special ordered sandwiches and instead of making new ones the just put what we asked for on top of what was already made then re toasted the sandwiches. Y'all might want to shut down the store soon. My girl has serious allergies and I deliver my own Karma ?

Food is never ready on time, the workers go out side and come back and don’t wash there hands. Pizza is never fully cut , you have to rip it apart . On top of it all there rude half the time ! Definitely don’t recommend
