It’s difficult to find consistently delicious bbq in the Racine and Kenosha area, but Dragon Pit BBQ delivers! My husband and I have had their food truck items before, but this past Saturday we did takeout from their restaurant for the first time and ordered the chicken tenders, brisket, and ribs with some collard greens, mac and cheese, hush puppies, and cobbler. Everything was rich in flavor and cooked perfectly. We definitely want to come here again, especially to dine in since the restaurant interior is so pretty!

WoW, the Peach Hot sauce pares well with everything. Brisket like butter texture. YuM. Jambalaya spiced perfectly for those who are spice adverse. Peach Cobler a la mode has me comatose. I'll be back.

So I definitely love some beef brisket,but to say that this brisket sandwich was good would be an understatement. Phenomenal. Tried it for the first time two Saturdays ago and went back the next Saturday, and will definitely be back there sooner than later, (now that I know they got breakfast sandwiches). If I could get a brisket egg and cheese! Its a wrap! 6 stars!

We had the Pork Belly Burn Ends, s good! Perfectly cook so crunch and yet so soft and tender, no grease dipping but a perfect finger food snack for every day occasion! The environment is outstanding, nice inviting and relaxing place, every detail is done to perfection! The service excellence! Emerson and his team are amazing, ! Guys “Thank you so much” We really enjoyed it!

I have been in to this great addition to downtown Racine twice, once for a dinner entree and side and once for a breakfast sandwich. Both times the food was plentiful and incredible tasting. The service by owner and lead chef Emerson and the front of house was very friendly, professional and welcoming. I'll be back to have the gumbo, Emerson's great biscuits and many other items on the menu. Highly recommended. I've followed this place on Facebook for a while now and finally made it in for the first time yesterday. It will DEFINITELY not be the last time I visit. It was even better than I hoped it would be. I ordered the brisket, Mac & cheese and collards. My husband ordered the 3 meat Pit Platter with Mac & cheese and fries. I tried a bite each of my husband's pulled pork and chicken and they were both excellent. But, the real star for me was the brisket. Best I've ever had. So juicy, flavorful and tender. If you haven't tried this place yet, run, don't walk!

Smash burger (Big Willy Style) is the best burger in town... by far. I want to try other items, but I can't help but get the burger every time. Sorry for no picture, it's gone already. So damn good.

Woww! The food there is amazing! We went for breakfast. Their biscuits and gravy are all made from scratch, as well all of the sauces. Hats off to the staff and kitchen over there. Highly recommend.

Honestly some of the best BBQ and fried Chicken in the area. Food is always fresh even when you pick up take out. Seasoning is fantastic, sauces are all homemade.
