Oh, Dunk's. First of all, the food and drinks are fantastic. The owner is friendly, and the bartenders are all super nice and hardworking. However. Some of the clientele and staff are a bit rough. I wanted so badly to make this place my "hangout" because I live within walking distance... but I have overheard one too many slurs and mean-spirited jokes about gay and trans people there for my taste. I'm usually pretty easy going and not very easily offended, but damn. I'm sitting right there, you know? Kind of makes me wonder what they say when I'm not. It is definitely not a safe space for people like me, and that makes me sad. People are entitled to their opinions and free speech and blah blah blah, and that's fine, but I won't be going back to hear any more of it. ?♀️ In this political climate, LGBT+ people have enough to worry about without their identities being ridiculed at the local pub as well. ?

I love this place!! Every time I go in there everyone is welcoming and friendly. The environment is amazing, my family owns a tax business around the corner so we eat here often, and each time they never disappoint? I love everything about this place. Make sure you try the pulled pork sandwich!

Hidden Gem in West Racine. For those who don't know, great local bar with great food. Nice selection of beer choices. Reuben sandwich is by far the best in Racine. Many more choices on menu. Atmosphere is well done. If you haven't been to Dunks I suggest you go, you won't be disappointed. Fun place, bar tenders are amazing and the service is great.
I've reviewed Dunk's on facebook, and they deserve a review on here, too! We LOVE the food from here, the entire menu is fantastic, drinks are made well, and they have a fantastic selection of beers on tap and in bottles! It can get a bit loud at times, but it's a bar, haha! Plenty of options to entertain oneself, along with checking out the unique decor/ theme. Prohibition's finally over!

Went to dunks public House for the first time for a drink and enjoyed my time there I tried their version of The Long Island iced tea with strawberry bits inside which was good but I would like to see more options for their mixed drink menu. The prices are very reasonable with the cocktails ranging from around 10 to $12 with beers three to four dollars and while it's not the largest bar and I could easily see it getting crowded on the weekends if you're going on a weekday there's plenty of space to move around and play darts. Overall the atmosphere is pretty relaxed and not too wild also while I was there they had jalapeno poppers on special for $5 which were very good and the fries are worth trying as well plus it is the only bar in the area so if you live close by this could definitely be your new place to go.

Don’t let this book’s cover sway your opinion. Outside it looks like a towny dive bar. Inside paints a much different picture, this place is updated, clean, and has great service. Dunk’s has a great beer selection, lots of Wisco beer. We only tried the loaded fries with pulled pork. The fries were crispy and the pork was tasty. They also know where it’s at with their menu title. Will certainly return.

Totally found this place by random and don’t have a single regret. THEY SERVE CATFISH ON WEDNESDAYS AND FRIDAYS and it’s amazing!!! The owner is very personable and makes you feel like a regular. Definitely check this place out. A nice place to go to if you’re not in the mood to go to downtown Racine. Xoxo!
