Tori is an absolutely outstanding bartender and mixologist. You can tell right away that she truly knows her craft—from perfectly balanced cocktails to thoughtful recommendations tailored to your taste. Every drink was made with precision, creativity, and high-quality ingredients. Beyond the drinks, her professionalism, friendliness, and ability to create a great atmosphere really elevated the entire experience. She was attentive without being overbearing and clearly passionate about what she does. Easily one of the best bartenders I’ve ever had—highly recommend Tori to anyone looking for exceptional cocktails and service.

All I can say is WOW. Absolutely beyond beautiful rooftop bar in Racine?! Who would have guessed. First time up here and I will be returning, my drinks were perfectly crafted as well as my charcuterie board. My bartender was running everything and still had time to engage with all the guests. Best service I've received in years!! Thank you Tori!! I'll come back just for your pear martini!

Typically enjoy my time there. I call it a “grown up” bar - patrons seem to drink responsibly. Bartenders are nice but sometimes can serve a little too slow, especially when the place is busy. Main complaint is the hours of operation. Closing at 10 pm on a Friday and Saturday seems a bit early, especially since they often have 30+ patrons actively drinking. New Years Eve they close at 11 pm instead of midnight (the one night bars can stay open 24 hours in Wisconsin). Overall, though, it’s a benefit for the downtown area.

I want to love Eave, the rooftop bar at Hotel Verdant, especially last night with their stunning Christmas decorations. We love the view, the atmosphere, the drinks and the appetizers (tho we wish there were more of those). Since we live 2 blocks away we often come with friends and neighbors. Eave's chronic problem though is that it is understaffed. There is a large bar and a lot of seating and last night there was only one poor bartender who looked very stressed! We don't blame him, he was doing the best he could, but the faces of exasperation surrounding him had to be frustrating. This is a management problem, they have to learn to manage their staffing better. We've been there in every season and it's always the same, we never see more than 2 bartenders max and no servers taking care of the other seating requiring everyone to come up to the bar and wait. In the summer they open up an outside area exacerbating the situation. Please do better Eave managers, one of you should have been up there to help.

We tried to go there on 12/6 around 3:15. The elevator would not work. Multiple people tried and couldn't get it to go to the 5th floor. Your stairs were also locked. Isn't that a fire hazzard!!!!

We love Eave! It’s a super cozy and beautiful atmosphere, but what makes it extra special is Tori! She is not only extremely friendly and efficient, but quite talented at crafting cocktails. We are locals and it feels like a mini vacation to go visit Eave and Tori.
