Come for the view, stay for the cocktails! Tori and Joey are excellent bartenders. the new appetizer menu is also good. If that isn't enough, pop down to Margurite and get a wood fired pizza and bring it up!
Great place and view, for a Martini or Manhattan.....or just a beer.
Eave has a pleasant atmosphere. It is located on the top floor of the hotel. It has the inside, which has a long fireplace, then an out roof top with an amazing view and two fire pits. The service is friendly.

I stayed at Hotel Verdant two nights. The first night my gf and I went up for a drink after a drive up. After waiting 15 minutes and being passed over multiple times for people that came to the bar after me, despite being told I was next, we decided to leave. The second night we decided to give Eave another chance. I ordered a bourbon neat and was given it in a plastic cup when there were plenty of clean rocks glasses at the bar. I asked for a rocks glass and the bartender laughed as she poured it from the plastic cup into a rocks glass.

Loved the rooftop, the vibes were great! My bartender was Tori and she was phenomenal. A+ service, she had great drink recommendations and pleasure to be around.

Eave is the jewel of the already fantastic Hotel Verdant. I have been here a number of times and have never been disappointed. Tori specifically has always been a very friendly, engaging and attentive bartender to me and all of the out of town friends that I have brought here. The Hotel is lucky to have her! Last night as I was there I watched her work the area by herself, quickly, personably, and
professionally, as she dealt with a consistent volume of customers both inside as well as out on the patio.
As busy as she was, she handled every request with a smile, patience and in a timely/friendly manner. I was impressed. You've got a good one in Tori as she is an excellent example of a welcoming first impression when people visit Eave at the Hotel Verdant!

Trendy bar that's a bit overwhelmed on this First Friday. Waited 15 minutes standing at the bar to get a bartender to notice and then left. Unfortunate, but the last time we were here they were overcrowded as well. Looks like it would fun. Won't make the 300 mile trip again.

Awesome looking place. Nothing else like it in Racine. I could see hipsters making this place the goto spot.

Great rooftop bar in downtown Racine where you can take in amazing views of the sky and lake.

We love coming for the cocktails and the view because it's amazing. Always enjoy the small plates but this changed. No charcuterie board or anything for small plates that was the least appealing. Exactly four things to choose from. My birthday and so disappointed. The bartender gave an excuse about equipment issues yet the restaurant downstairs was empty and people standing around. Couldn't the Marguerite accommodate using their kitchen. Went elsewhere so that's why this is not so good a review.

Beautiful new cocktail lounge on level 5 of a classy looking boutique hotel. After a weekday visit to the Racine Art Museum, we decided to enjoy a late, but tasty lunch on the first level of Hotel Verdant. Relaxed a bit in the comfortable hotel lobby until the rooftop bar opened at 4PM. It is a beautifully designed lounge and Tori, the bartender/hostess/waitress handled everything so well. By herself! Cocktails were creative and deliciously made. The city and lake views from the lounge (called Eave) were pretty cool. Most of all, we felt appreciated and welcome here. Looking forward to more visits during warmer weather.
Parking: On a cool Thursday afternoon we parked about a block to the south and around a corner. There was no empty parking spaces on the same block, but my friend dropped me off at a nice accessible front entrance. Unsure of parking availability at more busy popular times.
Wheelchair accessibility: I occasionally need to use a cane so am always aware of accessibility concerns. Definitely wheelchair friendly.

Might want to consider paying your vendors…. Like the one who was the DJ at your Taylor Swift event in Jan 2024…. You owe him 800.00
They don’t paid their vendors. The DJ From the Jan 2024 event is still waiting for payment.
