We went there last night to sample the new barbecue menu. It was outstanding. All 8 of us thoroughly enjoyed our food, and we sampled a wide variety of menu items. Best barbecue we've had in a long while!

Went with our group. Found out the beef, BBQ. Are cooked or smoked somewhere else? And they can throw it on their grill. Grills weren't on outside. The brisket was sent back. They apologized. Received another cut of beef. Better but... our waitress was fantastic. Corn fritters were great. My sandwich,( a dip) the Au jus was and had very little taste. They served the hot meals on cold plates. Everything got cold very fast.

Yes... it's a pub but just not a pub. It supports bands that pass thru, but they now have added a kitchen that serves a bit of variety of dishes plus rib tips and brisket, which was very good but slightly tough for my liking. The other thing I like was no tiny containers for taking your spork for the one spoonful. I'm so glad this one is very close to the compound, too.

Went for lunch. Had a burger slider and a brisket slider with appleslaw. So delicious and reasonably priced.
Everyone was so friendly, staff and customers.

The new ownership is awesome! I know the cook and was so excited to hear he was going to a new endeavor. The bbq is so good and the burger sliders were top notch. The service we received was very pleasant and professional. The inside still has the same cool throwback George's feel with the stage and the old school look. This black is going to be a go to destination this summer. If you haven't been here yet it's well worth the stop for a bite to eat I guarantee you won't be disappointed.

The best bar in Racine. Staff and owners are very friendly. They have live music there often and DELICIOUS food.

Went there for a live show on a Monday night and the band was pretty good. Family owned bar with friendly staff and there's always good music on the box. It's definitely worth checking out, especially if you're into jam

Fun little neighborhood bar, we go to for story telling night. They have a nice bar food menu. We usually get their Chicago Dog and soup of the day. The bartenders are friendly and they have generous pours on their drinks.

Best. Sound. Ever. George's books a great band at least once a week. Sometimes hippie/jam bands, sometimes country/bluegrass, even punk. Always great musicians. The sound system is awesome and there's plenty of seating as well as room to dance. The vibe is very welcoming with customers young & old and very few idiots in sight! They've also started an open mic night on Mondays and the talent that shows up is OUTSTANDING. I hear from day customers that the food, especially the soup, is top notch. But I'm just here for the music!!!
