Ordered a cake via text two weeks prior to birthday weekend. When I checked to verify the order was confirmed, I was told they can’t remember text orders and only write down phone orders. Customers aren’t informed of the forgetfulness of the owner but it’s still the customers responsibility to know this. Robin’s Nest Cakery closed so we all have to deal with people who aren’t professionals and lesser products.Don’t waste your time like I did; go with a more reputable company with actually good customer service.

Gloria was incredibly kind and accommodating when it came to whipping up some last minute cupcakes for my daughter's birthday! The buttercream was AMAZING, and the cake was so moist and delicious! I am beyond grateful for Gloria and her bakery, and I highly recommend her! God bless ?
