Lost a customer today for good I will never come to this place again crappy service can't never get the order right today had me on hold for 5 min took my order I get there and they don't have my order but I can order now how about we just done the worker talking crazy got me to talking crazy cause who was even talking to him in the first place I don't think they realize we as customers don't have to patronize this location crappy service smart mouth staff its a no for me I wouldn't even give the 1 star but I guess thats how the system is 15 + years customer and this worker think he go talk crazy to me me and my money going down the street ok

Had there pizza a second time this time was not good at all it tasted old and stale like it was either sitting or old ingredients taste like cardboard also not happy with it won't be back

Infusino's West just lost a customer to Ruffalo's 2 in Kenosha. Took a break from here in June due to the lousy pizza we paid for. Decided to give them another try. Ordered a virgin crust and received what looked like a thin crust, along with a burnt top. I can't believe they thought it was acceptable to ask for money for this so called pizza. Besides the pizza, the men that answer the phone for carry out are extremely rude. NO ONE says hello when they answer and they always sound irritated to take the call. Thanks Infusino's West, I'm onto spending WAY LESS for better pizza from Ruffalo's.

I ordered a large sausage pizza to go with a 20-25 min time frame. I showed up within the time frame and was told it was still in the oven. Come to find out my pizza was on top of the oven the entire time. I only live 1 mile away and my pizza was cold when I got home. I called to tell them about my dissatisfaction and was told that the reason was the long line at the window when my pizza was done. That's BS as I was sitting there the entire time. They offer to remake the Pizza or give me a $10.00 credit. Their pizza was $18.00 and I gave a $2.00 tip. I'll never go back!

Honestly, never left a review for anywhere on Google before, but tonight is deserving. Had their pizza a few times throughout my life. Has always been below average. Infusinos’s on Rapids is a much better choice by family name. Been living in the neighborhood for a couple months. Ordered a couple times. Pizzas were C+ at best. Called tonight before close, and they wouldn’t take my order. DeRango’s did, and their pizza is wonderful.
