Should change their slogan to freaky slow! Order received at 12:37pm, they hired out the delivery to Uber, made the driver wait from 1:40pm to 2:05pm to make 3 deli sandwiches. You aren't cooking anything so it shouldn't take so long to slap sandwiches together.

I recently went in and Alicia was so pleasant and courteous I will be back soon. The store was clean and my sandwich was amazing. Better than cousins. And was freaky fast and super fresh

Delivery driver lied about dropping off.My food looked at the ring cameras and no one ever showed up and still charged me for the food and then had attitude when i asked for a refund

I ordered from this particular one regularly and they refuse to serve me because I only had a $50 bill but my bill came to $30. And I was going to leave a $10 tip. Which I normally do I ordered from there at least 6 to 10 times a month but they just lost my business.
Jimmy John's is the only place downtown at the moment that has a public bathroom and free water AND hand sanitizer. Their cheapest sub is $4.15 plus tax and they have day old bread, 16 inches, for 50 cents. Their ingredients are prepared fresh every day and they have lots of options for everyone. It's only cold food tho. They have drinks, chips, desserts, potato and pesto salads, delivery, dine-in. The works. Maybe they can get the sweet tea back if enough people ask for it... They're also kid friendly. They have tons of free toppings as well. Mayo packets are free, and mustard packets are free too. :) It's also a good place to come to at night or early in the morning if there are any drunk creeps around. They also have a community board to advertise companies and local businesses, charities, and anything else.
Vegetarian options: You can get the beach club without turkey or the veggie sub. You can also get your sub wrapped in lettuce.
Dietary restrictions: They're good for people with gluten intolerances, halal, people who are looking to build muscle, etc.
Parking: There's curbside pickup and there's spots on the side.
Kid-friendliness: They have high chairs and non slip floor signs. They also have mats on the floor for when it gets wet or dirty.
Wheelchair accessibility: The workers open the door for people with wheelchairs, because the doors are glass and they have huge windows to see the sights of downtown. They should be getting motion activated doors soon.

I'm not understanding how it took 40 mins to get here, the bread was soggy as ever ! didn't get my sides I asked for, no napkins, no apology, almost a 45$ order, what a joke!Either don't press the button stating It's on the way , or don't have so many orders at once to deliver. Either way this time around sucked.

Freaky S-L-O-WTakes about an hour to get an order delivered. The first time, I thought it was a fluke. Twice could be a coincidence, but I am not about to try a third time to see the pattern. A lot of reviews are saying the same thing.The bread was overbaked, and the sandwich was made very sloppy. Not to mention, it was soggy after sitting in the driver's car for over 30 minutes.I don't know what is up with this store. But I won't be finding out.
