Jimmy johns freaky fast subs.....Placed an order at 10:13am. I live 3.4miles 7min from the store. I ordered 1 sub with a bag of chips. Received my order at 11:00am by a delivery driver with an attitude. 47min wait. This is not the first time this has happened its been multiple times they take forever, doesnt matter what time of day i place the order. It will be the last as im not ordering from them any more.

Customer service from the manager tonight was unacceptable. This is the second time I’ve had a terrible experience with this location.
The first time, I waited over two hours for my food. When it finally arrived, it was left on my porch for more than 30 minutes without anyone ringing the doorbell. The food was cold, stale, and smelled like refrigerator burn. They offered me a free pop as compensation, which I never even picked up because it didn’t solve the problem.
Tonight, I placed a $60 order, and the app added an extra sandwich I didn’t want. When I called the restaurant to fix it, I was told my order was being sent to a completely different address, even though the app showed my correct address. If I hadn’t called, I would’ve waited hours again for food that never arrived.
When I spoke with the manager (I believe his name was Andrew), he told me “customer service is above his pay grade.” His only solution was to refund the order, which would take 5–10 business days, meaning I’d have to repurchase the food and lose the online coupon I used.
There was no effort to make things right or take responsibility for the app issues and poor service. Between the repeated mistakes, lack of accountability, and dismissive management, I’m completely done with this location. I will never order here again and strongly recommend others avoid it as well.

I was in town on vacation. After eating at all those fancy places for dinner, Jimmy John's was really a nice change. This store is very clean and their service is Freakin' Fast. My wife and granddaughter enjoyed it too.

So they delivered to the wrong street name and when we called asking where are food is they said it was delivered to the wrong address and wanted to just credit us and that’s it!! We said we want are food and it never showed up

I came here on my lunch break had no where to park do to the construction then got my order made it all the way home to find there was no meat on any of the subs I ordered. They wanted me to bring them all back in like they were going to add meat to them. Had to tell them to remake them. This was a huge inconvenience that took my entire lunch break..
