Haven't been to KFC for years, thought we'd give it a try because we used to love it. Never again. The doors were locked with no explanation. Went to the drive thru. Of course they screwed up the order - mac & cheese instead of mashed potatoes. The chicken was dry and super salty, as well as ridiculously expensive. The Colonel would hang his head in shame. KFC you're dead to us.

Very Very horrible place. Ordered a 6 piece chicken last night. When I finally got the food it was a four piece. They must have never passed first grade because not hard to count to six. Everything was cold and looked like they made it yesterday. They might as well close the place down. Because all they do is ripe people off. I'll never go they again.

Doors always close at 6:30 and drive thru open till 8 . You are told no more chicken. This is not the first time . And sometime when it’s late they say only cash . Why is that if you have visa in your window and then no receipt

Usually good and accurate. Just the lady at the drive thru was trying to rush me by telling me my food was getting cold. Thought it was quite rude. I was trying to arrange a spot for my drinks and there were no cars behind me. Just not nice

I ordered a quick pick up and wanted to use the bathroom after a long day at an event. I was greeted VERY rudely and had my order SLAMMED on the counter in front of me. I honestly didn’t know what I did wrong. I hope everyone who works here has the day that they deserve.

I came through the drive through order me and my kids food made it home. Wings were hard barely can bite chew through the chicken for hot wings. Called ask to speak to a manager. Lady well soubd like a kid saying they just took them out the fryer right before I came.dont even know what time I came. When asking her name told me she not obligated to give it over the phone. Wedge was only 7 said I got lucky because normally its 6 wedges. I will never again .

Every time I go, the food isn’t great, my order is messed up and the employees aren’t very nice. Twice now I have stopped at the drive thru window and no one answered. I wanted a good 4-5 minted with no answer at all.
The chicken was made fresh which was nice however the chicken in the bucket, under the top couple pieces, was like mush. It basically had no coating or crust. The crust was like mush in the bucket. Sides were all good.

The lady emphasized double mashed potatoes on the double mash deal then proceeded to not give me any mashed potatoes when order was picked up there was Hair like false eyelashes in our food and little curly hairs just not worth it in any type of way. Go in there for anything just go to Burger King I guess.

Would've been nice to place an actual order or even have my presence acknowledged.I can understand them being short staffed but after a ten minute wait inside the place had to walk off! Edit!!!! Well I gave this place a second chance and they failed me again so I went inside to place my order and i was ignored again for a second time no hold on a second ill be right with you nothing mind you I was the only one inside the place. Ok so I stand at the cash register for about several minutes nothing.Ok so I like to go inside places to see who's making the food. Ok so that didn't work so I hop back on my bike and go to the drive thru got my food in two minutes. So it seems they have a bias toward drive thru customers. The chicken sandwich was over cooked too crispy with not much flavor. I won't be making a return.
