I don’t understand how a fast food restaurant such as KFC can run out of Biscuits and white meat 3-4 hours before closing time on a TUESDAY! I’ve worked at KFC before and we were never busy enough on a weekday to run out of the most basic menu food.I Ordered online..It was a 4 piece CRISPY meal that included 2 mash potatoes and 2 biscuits. Pulled up to the drive thru to tell them I was there to pick up the order. The person immediately said that they were out of Biscuits and white meat. I said just give me tenders in place of the white meat. The person acted like they were doing me a favor by allowing me to substitute the tenders, saying "I’m not supposed to do this but.." I then substituted the biscuits for fries.I got the food and to my surprise ?it was Original recipe instead of the Extra Crispy that I ordered. The fries were stale and I took one bite of the Original recipe thigh, it was the nastiest slimiest chicken that I’ve ever had! I immediately spit it out. Overall our experience here was horrible and I will never go to this particular KFC establishment again.

I ordered food online at 4pm Tuesday night for 6pm. I enter the resturant at 5 50pm to pick it up and they say there is a 25min wait for my food when i ordered ahead we wait 35mins and then they come to the table where we are sitting waiting and say they cant make 1 of the 2 8pc buckets we ordered and say they could right are name down for a diffrent day so it was fine. The Sunday of the same week we call asking to see if we could come in and get are bucket we paid for and they say no your name isnt here So we try to reason and then they say too bad and told us to leave a bad review. They have stolen from us and we should call the cops. SHUT THEM DOWN

If I could give a zero, I would. Waited 30 minutes for a combo, not a family combo a one person combo. Then was told, rudely, I needed to wait 2 more minutes for biscuits. When I asked why aren't they ready I've been here since 6 and it's now 620 I was told uhhh because we sold out. Sold out of biscuits while I was waiting for my other food to be done.Will not go back.

I have NO clue what has happened to this location, Douglas Ave. But seems like the diningroom is never opened, at least late evening when I've been there, they never have any chicken and if they do it's a mix of the original and extra crispy and ones always dry and like cardboard. They never ever have the pot pies! Idk what happened but it's not the same. Which stinks cuz we lone KFC!
I usually don’t write reviews, but this time I had to make an exception. The KFC on Douglas Avenue in Racine is the worst! I ordered two 4 pc. - Combos and got two 3 pc. - Combos. The pieces were taken from the worst part of the chicken with hardly any meat on them and the little we got was mainly batter. We basically paid almost $26 for 70% batter, 25% bones and 5% meat – what a great ROI for this KFC franchise!! Never again!

Ordered the new spicy Mac & cheese chicken wrap. When I opened the wrap there was no Mac & cheese and had what tasted like a coleslaw on it. This is the second time the same thing has happened in the last week.

If I could give a zero star I would. The fact the staff was incredibly rude to my husband, didn't have our order remotely ready (even though we ordered it through the app and it was supposed to be ready st 6:10). They couldn't even remember what the order was and he didn't get our food til 6:50 which to add to that they gave my husband the 3rd degree about who the order was for and continued to try and give him just a 12 piece bucket 3 times! They forgot my drink and when my husband asked about it they were once again rude , brought it out and didnt say a word to him - not a sorry about that or have a nice day, nothing! I will never be going back to that store and honestly the food tasted like it had been sitting there for the entire evening. Not to mention for the 16 piece we paid for literally 7 of them were drumsticks. I have nothing but negative things to say and I hope most of that staff gets fired for their appalling behavior and customer service or learn from this and do better but honestly save your money and go somewhere else - you might as well throw 30-60 bucks down the toilet if you go here.
The restaurant on Douglas Avenue is the worst. Last 2 trips to this KFC were horrible. The chicken looked so old, I couldn't eat it. They definitely don't care what they serve. They can keep their attitude and chicken. You want good chicken in Racine, go to Chesters. Can't waste any more money on KFC. This is not an exaggeration! Placed a order on the online service and get here to pickup the order and nothing is ready now have been here 45 minutes waiting for my order. And ever customer that comes thur the door they tell them there out of chicken.. i would say they need new manager to order the food properly..

Came in at 4:30 and they told me that they had no chicken and would have to wait 16 min for chicken really? It’s now 4:50 and still my order is not done! The GL was arguing with a customer in the drive through and even called them the B word! This restaurant really needs to get it together. Horrible service!!!
