So it's now 7:45 p.m. I've been here since 7:15 p.m after 45 min i finally got my food and no food this place sucks no one here has a clue what they are doing close this place down i will never come here again and I say to everyone else don't come here and the next day I called the store talked to the GM who didn't do anything for me this place is a joke

Went there recently. No one in the place. Wanted a take out order. Waited 10 minutes while the counter person wiped tables, delivered a drive through order and whatever to ignore me. Finally, took my order. A few minutes later the manager informed me that they were out of white meat and it would take 15 minutes for more. Why wasn't this addressed when or before I got there? Never going back. Also the men's room was dirty and disgusting. Looks like it hasn't been cleaned in days.

The sign up front that says they no longer give refunds should have been the first red flag. Food took half an hour longer than the website said it would. And when we finally got our order we were missing fries Everyone who ordered after us got their food first and all we ordered was a 3 piece box and 3 piece strip meal. The poor guy working the register was the only one who seemed to have a clue what was going on and kept having to run back to tell the other 6-10 people how to do their jobs. For a fast food place with a drive through, we spent an hour here listening to awful music when it could have been a half hour ordeal.

I was to get 8 piece nugget 12 piece nugget 1 chicken breast and 2 mashed potatoes. Manager handed it to me everything was there. I repeated the order to him , he assured me it's all there. The mf lied to me , no chicken breast. Never again.
