DO NOT EAT HERE!!! I ordered online two bowls went to pick up. They were ready. Sat down to eat, open the lid and HAIR not just one or two but a CLUMP OF HAIR!! Showed to the counter person he laughed, took it to someone else who used profanity to express his disbelief. While that one was being replaced I opened the second one and MORE HAIR!! JUST NASTY!! Of course they didn't give me my money back when I told them I didn't want it. Just a NASTY PLACE WITH NASTY PEOPLE WORKING AT THIS TIME!!!

They completely ignored me for over ten minutes at the front counter while they took drive thru orders, stocked cups and stacked up pick up orders for people not even there waiting in front of them. So many employees came up and ignored me and my family waiting. I won’t be back!

App didn't work and charged me twice and the store didn't even have my order. The people at the restaurant were nice but couldn't help. Left without food because there was no way I was going to give them any more money. Still waiting for refund.

This place is terrible and the woman managing it is lazy and got nothing under control. I came for a delivery pick up that was ordered over 30 mins ago and I was told it wasn’t ready(after waiting in line for too long while they were chatting with customer on some personal stuff). No ice in the machine, carrying broomstick everywhere cleaning but not washing hands right after and touching food. They prepared few orders and delivered for people that just came in and ordered right in front of me while I’m still waiting on mine. It’s not even a large order. Just one order of wings. This place and management is terrible. Such an unacceptable level of service. I’m still waiting on my order as I’m about to post this review.

I ordered an 8-piece chicken meal with two sides at KFC, and the experience was terrible. They had me pull up and wait, which led me to believe the food would be fresh. When I got home, the chicken was dry, old, and completely unappetizing. I paid $35 for this meal, and it was so bad that even my dog didn’t want to eat the chicken — which goes to show just how horrible it was. The drive-through worker had assured me it was freshly cooked, but that was clearly not the case. I will be contacting corporate because this was unacceptable.

I would leave 0 stars if possible. Waited 30 minutes for my food, an employee legit got fired for not making the chicken. Staff was unprofessional and rude. When going to get a fountain drink, all the drinks were out of syrup. Will NOT be returning to KFC anytime soon.

So it's now 7:45 p.m. I've been here since 7:15 p.m after 45 min i finally got my food and no food this place sucks no one here has a clue what they are doing close this place down i will never come here again and I say to everyone else don't come here and the next day I called the store talked to the GM who didn't do anything for me this place is a joke

Went there recently. No one in the place. Wanted a take out order. Waited 10 minutes while the counter person wiped tables, delivered a drive through order and whatever to ignore me. Finally, took my order. A few minutes later the manager informed me that they were out of white meat and it would take 15 minutes for more. Why wasn't this addressed when or before I got there? Never going back. Also the men's room was dirty and disgusting. Looks like it hasn't been cleaned in days.
