Takes way to long to take an order, no other cars in line and still took over 10 mins at the speaker to even begin taking my order.. kenosha kfc id better.. food is hot when i get it and i dont have to wait for skme to decide they want to take my order... do better
Spent $90 on a 16pc family meal and 12pc tender. Only got a 13pc ( which isn't a thing) Two of the sides where wrong and they forgot the biscuits. It took 45 minutes to get. Called up and spoke to the manager who remembered the order and told me to come back and it would be replaced. I told her I couldn't come back for a couple days and she was fine with that. When I got there I explained the situation and gave them my name and the managers name whom I spoke with. The assistant manager came up to speak to me and informed me that they would only replace what was missing, which I was fine with. When they handed me my food, they were still missing two biscuits when I brought it up the assistant manager tried to speak over me and tell me that my meal doesn’t come with 8 biscuits when it plainly shows a 16 piece comes with eight biscuits. I tried to explain to the lady the situation and she got hateful and said that she would not do anything else unless I had a receipt which I did not have on me at the time I did not feel that I needed to take the receipt with me since the Manager, I spoke to a couple days before had told me that she would leave my name for the replacement. I do not recommend this place. They cannot get your food right and then they’re rude when they make a mistake, The assistant manager needs fired and the district manager should probably step in and take a look at what’s going on in his or her store.

Waited 20 minutes!...lobby closed...wait in parking lot for food to be bought out!!
Absolutely horrible! Will make you wait 30 mins for food, called after 20mins waiting in drive thru... they hadn't even started my chicken. And they will not give refunds, only fix it with a smile
