This was by far the WORST experience I’ve ever had. I bake cakes myself and can do a better job. I came in the first time and gave all my info and my order. My husbands aunt went to put down a deposit and they lost our order and information. I went back in straightened it out. Gave them pictures of the example. (Last two pictures) and told them I only wanted a small cutting cake with no flowers on it and cupcakes. Told them I needed it ready by 8am on a Friday morning. It was not ready. They then told us it would be ready at 6 o’clock that night! We sent someone to pick it up and it was STILL NOT READY! My husband had to pick up our wedding cake the morning of our wedding. He picked it up and come to find out It was TERRIBLE! They were careless and the frosting was smooshed due to carelessness. The cake was FAR from expectation. Air bubbles and uneven frosting spread. My guests complained of how dry the cake was and how bland the frosting tasted. When we took these pictures into the bakery they proceeded to ARGUE with us and my mother in law. This bakery is FAR FROM PROFESSIONAL. If I were you I would walk out and go somewhere that knows what they are doing! To top it off when we were in there trying to work this out the guy claimed within a WEEK there was new owners!

Their baked goods are standard grocery store fare. It's okay, but you can make better at home - if you have time...lol
