The order sticker and payment was for two stuffed crust by pizzas but they gave us poorly made pan pizza. I called twice to try to get the difference back for the cost of the pizzas. Waited for my call to be answered for a total of over 25minutes. No service whatsoever. Trash

Very inconsistent with the crazy bread. Sometimes they are to dark, other times the breadsticks are thin and hard.
We went to Michigan over the weekend and they were perfect. Golden brown, nice and fluffy.

Ordered for pick up. Wrong pizza, no crazy sauce, and had to wait and ask for the soda, when there was only one other person in the store and they were waiting. Was a combo, so this was all included. I don't eat pork, so was pretty upsetting to have to pull off every piece of meat off the CHEESE pizza I ordered.

Ordered on the app at 4:30 for a 5 o’clock pickup time. Got there by 5 and went inside. Never got my email for the pizza portal. So I stood inside in line for 15 minutes. Finally got to speak to someone. Then waited another 5 minutes to get my order. All I ordered was a pepperoni pizza and crazy bread. Supposed to be hot and ready items. Got home and the pizza wasn’t cut so I had to cut it myself. It wasn’t overly busy either. I think that store is under staffed or the ladies working just don’t know how to be fast and efficient with customers and making food. This has been the worst little ceasers I have ever been too.

I’m a dasher and have been waiting 45 mins in an empty lobby for my clients order and there was no one even in the store!! Please if you order from delivery apps don’t get Lil Cesar’s it won’t be hot and ready.. and tbh I’m about ready to cancel this order if it takes any longer. So who knows if you’ll get anything at all

The place was very slow, they didn't understand English that good now and they messed up or forgot ppls order, she said it took 10min wait, I was there for 45minutes plus getting missed by other customers, had gave my pizza away for a really really oily pizza🤢🤢🤮. This place was fantastic before, now it's just a dump trying to make it, definitely lost this customer.
It takes a while to get your food but the customer service is always on point and the food is fresh and you get everything you ask for with your orders
