Pizza was trash . my cheese pizza looked like it was sitting out for weeks ,dried up, barely any cheese or sauce not appetizing at all. Crazy bread were too soggy . What a weird experience.

I had an order for delivery twice within the span of 2 weeks and the pizzas were HORRIBLE, they were raw besides the cheese and pepperoni, there’s no sauce on the pizza what so ever. The pizza is extremely thin. This is the second time i’ve gotten a ridiculous pizza from them.

The woman behind the counter with the glasses and braids was rude dismissed me when i was next in line she should be fired very rude very unprofessional and let someone else go ahead of me after she was just messing around in the back

Staff needs to be trained in proper Costomer service. Respect.
They also need to learn that when somebody place an order 15 minutes ahead of time. And are told 15 minutes for pick up that doesn’t mean a working man on his lunch can wait another 25 minutes for the food to be ready. The kid looked completely stoned or drunk and had no regard being the face of a business.
Always hesitated to eat at Little Caesars because it’s cheap pizza but the cheesesteak crazy cups caught my eye decided to pick some up for lunch.
The store Employee couldn’t even make the order right I got dry cold hard pepperoni cups. Not cheesecake cups. When I asked for a refund, he told me he can give me a refund, but he’s gotta take my food and throw it out. When he clearly made a mistake and then he said, I can wait for more crazy cups, but I have to wait 25 minutes.
Their whole brand was built on Quick fast food. But they can’t even make an order correct.
I’m 32 years old and I’ve owned four restaurants and I’ve always made right by my customers. I would never make my customer wait 25 minutes for a four dollar order at lunch time.
I am not the type of person to write a review, but the whole experience was just trash. Little Caesars will always have its place serving people that have no idea what food is and don’t care about the customer service because they’re paying five dollars a pizza. I understand the business model, but at least make the damn food right and respect your customers when they come in.

The service here is embarrassing. You got one person playing with pizzas like you’re trying to stack tile. Waiting for a 13 pie order and have no answers. Terrible service. Y’all need to do better keeping employees.
CHECK YOUR FOOD BEFORE LEAVING! Did a call in pick up order for 2 stuffed crust pizzas and crazy bread. The order sticker and payment was for two stuffed crust by pizzas but they gave us poorly made pan pizza. I called twice to try to get the difference back for the cost of the pizzas. Waited for my call to be answered for a total of over 25minutes. No service whatsoever. Trash

Very inconsistent with the crazy bread. Sometimes they are to dark, other times the breadsticks are thin and hard.
We went to Michigan over the weekend and they were perfect. Golden brown, nice and fluffy.
