If I could give ZERO stars, I would. Lo Mein noodles were over cooked, the general tso's shrimp was super soggy and the shrimp was so over cooked that it was literally like chewing rubber. The crab rangoons were soggy. Not one item had any flavor. Never again! Garbage đ
Best take out Chinese food Iâve ever had! Seriously! The General Taos with house fried rice and B pork egg roll was perfect! Thanks for restoring my faith in Chinese take out again!!!

I just wanted the chicken i was expecting to get... I called about the problem w my order.. the person who answered my call yelled at me the whole call as soon as I told him there was a problem with my order. He blamed me. Was very rude. We spent 75$ for our family of 5. We didnt get enough chicken. When we order from main moon on Erie we always get the same thing, 2 large sweet and sour chicken.. we got half the chicken for the same damn price. Im so angry. My family will never give our business to mm2 again.

As many times I have ordered from Main Moon, never have I ever had a problem nor issue with them. I use to order inside sometimes but mainly on the app is where I do my ordering. Feb 1 2026 I had ordered over the phone for me and my children. I always put my money in my saving account and whatever the total is whether paying a bill or whatever, at this particular moment I asked and repeated the total to the girl so that I was taking the correct money out to put in my checking and it was paid. The driver came which he is on my camera and I have footage came, he gave me my food and receipt so I can sign. I signed my name and gave it back and we said good day. Today Feb 3 2026 I was going on my account to see if my school money came thru and saw that the money I had in my saving account was gone. The total I paid at Main Moon was $73.08 and when I looked it was $80.08 and I am like what the world. I called the restaurant explaining my findings and they investigate and sent me my receipt thru email and I looked at it and it showed $7 tip and it was forged because all I did was sign my name. I am the type of person if I got it I will tip but if I don't I can't and this particular time I didn't have it. I am not working nor have a car for the driver to do that to me. I was so livid and in rage because who the hell does that. Then the owner was acting so calm as though it's not a problem and nonchalant about it. The girl that answered the phone I wish I knew her name she was so awesome thru it all and very kind. She told the owner that I was scared and angry and he said why should I be, like are you kidding me, your driver took money without my consent. I also told the owner that I had footage of the driver because they couldn't remember who the driver was and the owner didn't want it and wasn't taking it serious. I will never order from them ever again, they lost me as a customer. They need to do better with their drivers, because if he did it to me who else have he done that too. What he thought I wasn't gone pay attention wrong when it come to money I pay very much attention because I done had people do identify fraud on me and it's sad. I tried to report them on BBB but they not accredited to them, so I am putting on here. When you are paying over the phone and having your food delivered be careful and pay attention to your account. Wrong person you want to mess with because you are taking it from my kids. I am truly done with them. Everyone said for me to talk to a lawyer about it and see if I have a case but I don't know. Through this madness I had to change my user name and password and get a new card from my bank smh.

Called in an order today all I needed was an eight piece crab Rangoon and two egg rolls. They said it would be 15 to 20 minutes. I wait 20 minutes to go over there. My order is not ready so I sit down. They just threw in my order at time of arrival. Being I was in a hurry, thinking it would have already been done. they were also in a hurry to cook my food. My cat crab Rangoon was completely soggy. The edges were crunchy. The rest was pretty much raw egg roll. Wrap was not even cooked thoroughly. Absolutely disgusting eggrolls. The cabbage was so tough. I could not even chew It. I called to let them know. They said they would bring me out another order and wanted the other order back which is definitely unacceptable in the restaurant business. You donât take food back, but maybe they wanted to re-cook it and serve it again I donât know. The guy brought me out another order to the house. He was extremely rude. Didnât say a word didnât look at me handed me the package and laughed as I said youâre welcome. Iâve always liked Main Moon. I will never eat there again. Terrible food the worst service possible and you just lost a very good customer.

Something has changed at Main Moon 2. Ordered my wife and I dinner, Sweet and Sour Chicken and Sesame chicken and crab Rangoons. Get home and no rice. such a simple fix they usually are quick to offer someone to run out and fix the mistake. Apparently no longer. I was told I can bring back the S&S and they will remake it but they would do nothing about cold crab rangoons and sesame chicken. I kid you not direct quote from the owner (Louie?) âjust put it in the microwave.â I was about speechless to pay $13 for food and be told to microwave it or eat it cold because of their mistake. Will be a long time if ever we return to main moon 2. All good things come to an end.

They left the legs and lots of shell on the shrimpâŠ.and they didnât even devein the shrimp. Disgusting!

My significant other stopped in after work around 9 pm on a night they close at 10, and the experience was shockingly unwelcoming. Even though they were still open for another hour, and we were meeting there, they initially didnât want to seat him for dine-in.
They eventually let him sit, but made him eat from takeout containers with flimsy plastic cutlery that barely worked. When he politely asked for a real fork since he was dining in, they refused. Their takeout forks are so thin they bend instantly.
I joined him once his food arrived, though I had already eaten. To be polite and give them some business, I asked to buy a hot tea. They told me theyâd âhave to heat more waterâ and clearly didnât want to do it. They also said I âwouldnât have time to drink it,â even though they still had 30â40 minutes before closing, and I could have easily taken it in a to-go cup. I didnât end up ordering anything, but I did ask for a real fork for my partner, and only then did they reluctantly hand over a set of silverware.
When we finished, we even cleaned up our table and placed the silverware in their bus tub. Despite that, they walked close behind us to the door, locked it behind us, and turned off the lights as soon as we stepped outâeven though the restaurant still wasnât officially closed.
We will never be coming here again and don't recommend it to anyone!

NEVER ORDERING AGAIN!
If I could give zero stars I would. Placed an order this evening and get home they gave me the wrong order completely. Called the store and was told to bring the food back. I did. They admitted to making the order incorrect and proceeded to take the food back. I HAVE NEVER seen a food establishment take food back behind the counter after someone picked it up. The rest of our order that was correct then sat at home while we waited yet again for them to correct the mistake. They confirmed this time it was correct. Get home and it was still not correct and missing the egg roll for the combo. While we were there they also never apologized even through they admitted to the mistake NOR did they take any percentage off or offer any type of coupon for the mistake. Poor customer service. Iâll survive without the egg roll for the person it was ordered for in my family while the rest of us eat cold food and couldnât even be compensated for their mistake. Next time weâll go to little fish right down from them like we originally planned in but decided to give this place a chance. I guess the owner cares more about keeping money in their pockets rather than keeping customers.
I do like that they acknowledged their wrong but those packing orders should ensure they are the correct orders and offer something for the mess up such as a small discount (as I know they sometimes offer 10% off coupons for next time) or even a pack of their 1.50 almond cookies.
Overall, the food is usually good when itâs correct, but the customer service was extremely lacking.

We ordered delivery last night. They forgot a second order of chicken so we called. Instead of apoligizing & delivering, they made us make a new order and charged another delivery fee. The containers are much smaller too. Used to love this place. We decided to not buy from them anymore. Way too $$$$ for portions.
Very quick...I like to order then stop by Scores for a drink...less than 15 mins later my food is ready. Good flavor, good portions, good price...I haven't found a place to beat when I am craving general Tsos chicken.
