I placed an order online. The system declined it. I called the store. They said. They will refund me and I can pay for my order as long as I show it reflect my account. I show up. They had the Nerve to say. I have to take it up with the system online. My thing why waste my time driving there just to hear that. I will NEVER EVER GO TO THEM EVEN IF IM DEAD BROKE. F THAT

Terrible service today! They missed toppings on my pizza yet they are acting like I've I inconvenienced them. There were missing and/or sparse ingredients on both pizzas and when I brought this up to the staff one of them agreed to fix it begrudgingly and the other outright refused. I doubt we will be back. The food is not worth dealing with the staff.

This has become my favorite pizza place in Racine. Pizza is always consistently good & ready quickly. They have so many cool combos & creations to choose from - you'd be hard-pressed not to find something you love!
Vegetarian options: It's pizza so you can order all the veggies you want & they do offer a cauliflower crust as well. They also have salads which I've had & they're quite good.

I'M USUALLY AN ADVATE CUSTOMER BUT TONIGHT I WAS OFFENDED BY THE CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT I GOT. THEY TRIED TO IVER CHARGE ME I EVEN TRIED TO CALL AND GET SOMEONE WHO WOULD HELP ME OUT. BUT I WAS SUPRIZED BY THE INCOMPOTANCE OF THE PERSON WHO HAD NO CLUE ABOUT TAKING ORDERS I WON'T BE ORDERING FROM THIS RESTERAUNT EVERY AGAIN AFTER BEING A LOYAL CUSTOMER FOR 7 YEARS.

The pizza was good although the service was very mediocre. It was late so they were probably at the end of a long shift, so I'll give them a break. I did like the pizza and it was good cold the next day too.

Got told that we are out of their zone (we are 5 minutes down the road). They regularly come deliver to us but new policy apparently says otherwise. Toppers 10 minutes down the road will deliver. When we asked to just order for pickup the guy on the phone sighed so we said forget it.

Every time I go in to Marco’s the employees are usually having a good time, the atmosphere is cozy and comfortable. Marco’s has been my #1 pizza place for the past couple of months and their pizza comes out great every time. (Way better than Dominoes and Pizza Hut)
This is our go-to pizza place in the neighborhood. They offer great deals, the ingredients are fresh, food is always hot, and it’s so quick! Once I ordered delivery and they were at my house in less than 15 minutes. I was completely blown away. Friendly and helpful staff, online ordering is easy, and great pizza! 10/10

I wanted us to try something other than Dominos. We decided to give this place another shot. Ordered the Cheese pizza which was decent however the White Cheesy pizza lacked flavor and was super dry. I think they may have forgotten to add the sauce to the pizza. The breadsticks were terrible. They were so over cooked that they were crispy and crunchy like a pretzel. I don't see how someone would be Ok with sending that out to a customer. Paid for 2 additional garlic cups but didn't receive them. Expensive for the quality of the food. Not a great experience and I don't know if I'd return.
