I received the wrong order after waiting some time for my delivery and it is unfortunate that when I spoke to the manager, he was condescending and disrespectful and then he said he did not have to help me, I never got loud nor disrespectful, and I let him know that I was missing cheesy bread, and it was three toppings on this pizza two of which I did not order there was hardly no sauce on the pizza and I couldn’t eat it because it looks like gyro meat and they don’t sell gyro meat he said omg two of us have to go without a meal to night after working all day because what we fixed our mouth for is not eatable The young man who took my order was very kind and patient when I called back and he put the manager on. I promise you he has no problem solving skills and the nerve of him to be disrespectful. When I was very kind about it. It pissed me off because it hurts my feelings. I try very hard to be to change. I wanna see in this world and I’m a very understanding person who happens to be going through a lot, not only did. He disrespect me and raise his voice. He was very condescending and made me feel as though it was my fault then told me the only thing he was willing to do Was credit me for the cheesy bread that they did not deliver unbelievable my anxiety is through the roof and I’m very upset and yet it’s saddens me. The young guy who took my order was kind and reassuring. I was having anxiety because I was trying to maintain a budget and he helped me figure out how to get a bang for my book with the coupons he needs to be the manager whoever they got running, the show ain’t running nothing but his mouth.

I gave it a 1 because I've been ordering from them for about 3yrs never a problem. Now, There's never enough meat on the pizza. Some slices don't have any on them at all. So Marcos if you see this, You need to Speak to your Cook, or Stop being Cheap. I ALWAYS TIP WELL, EVEN IF I PICK UP

I've ordered from here before and it was good. This time my pizza tasted terrible. The sausage tasted like it was old and the rest didn't taste like pizza. I ended up throwing it away. I won't be ordering anything from there anymore.

I placed an order online. The system declined it. I called the store. They said. They will refund me and I can pay for my order as long as I show it reflect my account. I show up. They had the Nerve to say. I have to take it up with the system online. My thing why waste my time driving there just to hear that. I will NEVER EVER GO TO THEM EVEN IF IM DEAD BROKE. F THAT

There were missing and/or sparse ingredients on both pizzas and when I brought this up to the staff one of them agreed to fix it begrudgingly and the other outright refused. I doubt we will be back. The food is not worth dealing with the staff.

This has become my favorite pizza place in Racine. Pizza is always consistently good & ready quickly. They have so many cool combos & creations to choose from - you'd be hard-pressed not to find something you love!
Vegetarian options: It's pizza so you can order all the veggies you want & they do offer a cauliflower crust as well. They also have salads which I've had & they're quite good.
