Came here from kenosha wanting to try something new. Things did not start great when we ordered an appetizer and it never came. The entree I ordered came out as a pile of basically naked noodles with maybe a little sauce on the bottom of the plate, and the chicken was very undercooked. Side note, the menu does an incredibly poor job of describing the items. Neither I nor my girlfriend correctly anticipated what we were served based on their descriptions. The server then brought out our forgotten app a bit later, the tempura squash wasnt bad but definitely nothing special. Overall it is definitely nowhere near worth the price, and personally not even worth ever coming back

Service is 5/5. The food we had was HORRIBLE. To celebrate our anniversary, my wife and I ordered the $150 Tomahawk Steak for Two, medium rare. The meat was borderline raw and absolutely rancid – it smelled like wet dog. It stunk up my car, even after we returned the food. In addition to a steak that would've made us sick, the other dishes were inedibly garlicky (and we like garlic!).
The hostess and manager were super nice and friendly. The atmosphere is fantastic. Our food was criminally mishandled, and the cook working that night (9/21) should be removed.

Honestly, haven’t tried the food but we were at party on the pavement and it was raining so a group of us (including my 9 month old daughter) were under the awning out front… in the midst of the pouring rain without any warning they decided to close that said awning!! I look inside to see the hostess laughing while my daughter is getting soaked. Despicable. I will never eat here and in fact, I will do my best to tell everyone about this horrible encounter. You should be ashamed of yourselves. Terrible people.

Tried the Italian Beef Pizza creation by Alex, really solid. Giardiniera with NY Strip is a wonderful balance. Crust was on point with a nice bite and great flavor. Lauren makes a great cocktail, and provides awesome service.

Looks/Atmosphere: beautiful, music wasn't too loud
Food: Flavor wise it was decent but overall inconsistent.
-The over easy and over medium eggs came back as an over cooked over medium.
-3 orders of French toast in total, 1 order was definitely under battered. 1 order was borderline burnt on one side
-Bacon was under, and I don't mind some chew
-fries, good but cold.
Service- Subpar- this is advertised as "inviting café where cozy nooks make guests feel at home, and warm service makes them feel like family." what we experienced was not close. the server was polite, but not helpful in navigating the menu. she was also not attentive when it came to checking on the table or refills, often requiring us to find her
-food took over 40 minutes (note we were the only table when we ordered)
-half the table was served [significantly], before the other half (the toddler food was not part of the first half served)
- we were checked on within minutes of the food being ordered and then never again
-refills had to be requested, coffee was filled for one person then would walk away without asking anyone else if they would like some
-had to find someone request a box and check (the table next to us had to as well)
Note: there are no changing stations in any of the 3 bathrooms in the main floor of the hotel
Nothing was that amazing that I'd recommend this to someone or go again.

From the Start, We couldn’t have had a better experience. We where greeted with a smile and quickly seated. The dining room is comfortable and open. The arancini was fantastic. I had the pork belly pizza and my wife had the Porchetta which where both very good. My wife said The tiramisú was the best she has ever had. Our server was friendly and attentive, the manager visited our table just to check on us. The pace was comfortable from Oder to delivery and we never felt rushed. We will be back

We went in 1.18 for apps at the bar. We ordered a bottle of wine and our food and upon delivery the bartender ignored us. The two of us and the bartenders two buddies were the only people sitting here. The restaurant wasn’t busy at all. The bartender was very busy looking at her buddies phone, the floor manager viewing all this did nothing. Our empty bottle of wine, placed upside down in ice bucket,
Was not tended to for sometime as again, the bartender was busy with her friends. Eventually she came and asked if we would like anything and I said yes if she wasn’t to busy with her friends. She got our next bottle and promptly went and told her friends who began giving us dirty looks making the whole experience not enjoyable.

Most of our food was burnt and the rest lacked any flavor whatsoever. The menu did not match the menu online. We ate minimal amounts of our dinners and no one even asked if there was an issue with the food. We tried dessert hoping it would at least end on a good note, it also was burnt. The restaurant manager and cook were very underdressed for the atmosphere of the restaurant, but all of the wait staff were dressed more appropriately. Our waitress was very friendly and provided great service. She was the best part of the meal. We were very excited to try something new but that quickly faded. Overall very disappointed...
