Every single time I come here the customer service is horrible you tell employees thank you and they just stare at you don’t even say anything back , they always drag to serve the food !!! HIGHLY DONT RECOMMEND COMING HERE !! Bad service

Went to the drive thru and told them the code they said the code didn’t work and unavailable. I had to tell them my order three times. They forgot half of my items even if you tell them you were missing something they would give you an attitude and say they did put all of the items those girls don’t know what they are doing. extremely dumb.

If it was up to me I would give you zero starts I passed by the drive thru and the cashier and manager are rude no customer service at all and they don't know what they are doing I gave the cashier my code I don't know what she did but she didn't give me my rewards points and I lost my rewards I showed both that it was taken and they refused to fix their mistake they need to be more polite and understand what they're doing because they don't know what to do when they make a mistake....

I've been to this particular McDonald's over the years more times then I care to even recount. I remember in the past it was so bad they had to have police presence to greet you at night. Got to meet many of Racine's finest here Officer Dan Small and many others.It seems much more organized now.The wait time is much better since they got the kiosk. The food while it tastes decent always upsets my stomach for some reason whether it is a breakfast or a burger it never fails to cause gas and bloating. So now I only come here when I want to clear my digestive system!
