Terrible Experience — Disorganized and Unprofessional
I rarely leave reviews, but this McDonald’s visit was beyond frustrating. The service was extremely slow, and the staff looked overwhelmed and unmotivated. I used the kiosk to place an order, then waited over 10 minutes just to pay — and there wasn’t a single person at the register the entire time.
Even more concerning, there were people behind the counter who didn’t appear to be employees — no uniforms, just random individuals near the food and order area. I don’t know if they were DoorDash drivers or what, but it felt completely unprofessional and unsanitary.
The manager or supervisor on duty seemed just as lost as the rest of the team. Nobody greeted customers or communicated anything — everyone looked annoyed to even be there.
I honestly don’t understand how McDonald’s corporate allows a location to run like this. This isn’t just a bad day — it feels like a complete lack of leadership and standards. Definitely won’t be coming back. e at the drive thru.

What else can I say about this place you guys? Whoever was the manager working this particular location at 6pm on June 23rd needs to get fired. Oh my goodness. The amount of absolute disrespect I got just for asking if I could quickly get rung up for a large fry, that I did indeed order, but the order taker (who has no business being an order taker) didn't ring it up even though he read it back to me. Told me I'd have to go back around. The fact that I know this is absolutely possible but the lack of customer service and hospitality denotes a certain amount of rudeness that's unnecessary. I will NEVER go back here again and neither should you. Save yourself the time and self respect. There's a better McDonald's around the corner anyway you guys. Go there. You're not going to get what you're looking for here.

Dollars and we always have bad luck, that we are always missing one thing, that the workers do not pay attention to the food order that is ordered, and it is not fair that people pay, and they do not send you your complete meal, just a comment that the workers pay a little more attention to the orders they place...

I don't typically eat McDonald's more than a few times a year, but I always look forward to the return of the McRib. It's my favorite item on their menu, so you can imagine how excited I was to see it back. Unfortunately, McDonald's really dropped the ball this time. The sandwich was absolutely terrible. The meat was rubbery, and throughout the entire rib patty, there were small, hard white fragments that even more so ruined it's texture. To make matters worse, the sauce had an off-putting metallic taste. What did I eat????? I’m so disappointed, and after this experience, I can confidently say I won’t be ordering the McRib again.
