Dollars and we always have bad luck, that we are always missing one thing, that the workers do not pay attention to the food order that is ordered, and it is not fair that people pay, and they do not send you your complete meal, just a comment that the workers pay a little more attention to the orders they place...

I don't typically eat McDonald's more than a few times a year, but I always look forward to the return of the McRib. It's my favorite item on their menu, so you can imagine how excited I was to see it back. Unfortunately, McDonald's really dropped the ball this time. The sandwich was absolutely terrible. The meat was rubbery, and throughout the entire rib patty, there were small, hard white fragments that even more so ruined it's texture. To make matters worse, the sauce had an off-putting metallic taste. What did I eat????? I’m so disappointed, and after this experience, I can confidently say I won’t be ordering the McRib again.

Double checked to make sure I was getting my steak egg and cheese bagels without steak. After confirming with my they would just leave off the steak, they somehow still managed to screw the order up and give me a plain bagel with cheese. Wtf…

Didn’t receive half my order and there was red hair in the half I did receive. And it was cold. Zero redeeming qualities and terrible customer service. The bar is already low but come on, at least make the food edible.

Too many times when I come to this McD restaurant the staff get something wrong. One time they didn't known how to make correct change when given a 20 with coins. Today, I am missing my 4 piece McNuggets from the $5 meal. Ask for no ice but got ice in my drink too. This store needs some serious ongoing training as these are simple things that should not be an issue. Also, they often don't listen when you place the order in the drive threw. I typically don't like to go to the Lathrop store because of these issues.
