I don’t have high expectations when I go to McDonald’s but this experience was truly not worth the cost of the food. I know food prices have increased across the board, but for what you get at McDonald’s, seems pretty overpriced. We placed our order on the app for pickup and the order was wrong, all the fries were missing along with the ketchup (which they gave you two packets per order and then charged for any additional). The chicken nuggets were cold, the new chicken strips were hard, cold and dried out. The kids meal cheeseburger soggy.

I stop here every morning before work and m-f it never fails. I order one drink and I am usually greeted by the manager head hanging out the window ready to park me before I can even get to the window. top parking people when you have no line, it is not an accurate way of keeping your drive thru times down.

Why is it so hard to get a correct order from this location? The last three times I’ve ordered here, including last night, everything was messed up. How are is it to NOT put cheese on a hamburger kids meal? When you ask for something plain and it comes with everything on it? Fries are old and cold. Staff is always beyond rude in the drive-thru. By far the worst McDonald’s in town

This was the last Mcdonalds in Racine that was decent. Unsure who was replaced or what changed but the orders have been wrong nearly every time lately; tired of having to work harder than I already do for my food. Won't be coming back anytime in the foreseeable future.

There is a manager named Edith here that has absolutely no costumer service skills!!! She's horrible at her job parks all the vehicles when she's managing and she tells employees personal business to other employees!!! Completely unprofessional and also argues with employees when she is in the wrong! She'll take it upon herself to tell employees not to come back until the general manager is back from vacation, which sometimes is 3 weeks out!!! Also saying oh my God in Spanish when someone asks her A question, is very unprofessional!!! I do know Spanish and I have heard her say some things that were way out of line, but most people don't understand so I'm sure that's why it's gone as far as it has!!!! They definitely need to retrain her and teach her how to be professional!!!!!

Phantom Magic

Burger was dry, and the bun had some hardness. The fries were not hot or crispy. I gave my extra take-home burger to a possible homeless person who was staying warm inside the restaurant.

I was given an order and one of my sandwiches was made incorrectly. I called the store to notify them of their mistake and to see how they would accommodate me, I talked to Raina? Not sure she wouldn't give me a correct spelling. Regardless after about a short 5 minute phone call she wouldn't assist me and Raina hung up the the phone. So I drove back to the establishment on my own time. Where no one in the establishment other than a little old woman in the back who is making the sandwiches would give me their name I was refunded the money. But the disrespect from the workers at this McDonald's especially workers who call themselves managers is uncalled for. Especially when you make a mistake you need to go above and beyond to rectify. It doesn't matter if you're making sandwiches or if you're a doctor saving somebody's life take pride in what you do. They proceeded to get mad at me for their mistake and nobody wants to take responsibility what an establishment.
