I don’t think the people making the food can actually read! They never get it right! If you order only pickles and onions you get no pickles and onions! If you order no mustard and extra pickles you get no mustard and no pickles! No matter what you order they will take off whatever condiment you are modifying instead of actually reading the request!! So damn annoying just read the monitor already!!! They must not be able to read!!!

Wow found a McDonalds's we like, great customer service, no attitudes, all the employees had smiles, parking lot and restaurant were clean, but the food was premade and not as hot as it should have been. Other than that we will stop here again .

I feel stupid leaving a bad review for a McDonalds because I should no better but I have had enough! I have a small business nearby and for YEARS I've been listening to my customers complain. I needed something to eat before in had to work and decided to give them a chance, should have known better. I ordered a double quarter pounder without cheese and received a stale, cold, SINGLE, double quarter pounder for the price of a double. I didn't have time to go back and quite frankly was afraid to because who knows what they would do to the burger. Reading the reviews of this location just proves what my customers have been saying for years.

It's astonishing how little this location cares about their quality of food, as a former employee of a different location. The food is usually cold, the toppings are either skimmed or drowning the sandwich- never that healthy balance they are trained to achieve. I ordered extra mustard on a two double cheese burgers today. not only did they NOT confirm my order alterations, they didn't repeat it at the window. Well I got two sandwiches drowning in ketchup, which is not the correct extra proportion within of itself. I've had issues with the toppings on sandwiches almost every time I go there.It's really not that difficult, I used to order take and cash a diff locations drive thru daily, and make the food daily. This location has a careless ambiance, I'm surprised corporate hasn't stepped in yet. Would give negative review if possible.Just go to the lathrop location, it's super slow but their quality is much better and I've never had an issue with an order from there.

It's like the lotto going to McDonald's. Either it's good or really bad. They have a nice person at the window. It's gonna be okay. A crabby I do not even want this job. Well just keep driving. Because your order will suck. They are paid more than me. I always pull up with a smile. Either get met with a smile back or some nasty grimace. They cannot even get a coffee order right. Because they hate the job.
