Waited in the drive thru and told them 1 second and the girl took the other drive thrus order and I thought she was going to come back to me and then let 2 other cars on the other side go so I was sitting there for 10 min and went to the windows to order and she told me I couldn't order at the windows and explained the situation to her and she kept arguing with me. Honestly just so annoying.

Ordered at 6:24 pm Drive threw line - takes forever Had to be parked - took forever Finally get my food and what do you know all the Fry’s are cold. Take it in to exchange for hot fry’s and the girl says she just made them. No you didn’t, they are ice cold. I hand her the bag and wait for my hot fry's. Took forever. Girl with purple hair that has been helping me with my order the whole time then took care of the entire drive threw line with the fresh fry’s that came up while I was standing there instead of giving me anything till she was done moving the drive threw line. Then said nothing . While the manager poked his head out to have me helped I told him I’ve been waiting over 20 mins and did that make anyone take care of anything quicker or apologize for anything ? No it didn’t . While I stood there, girl with purple hair sat on her phone right in front of me a took care of more “important “ things on her phone before helping me . Only attitude and disrespect is what I got here. I almost forgot to mention , when I got the bag of fry’s they were all upside down except two, and those two fry’s were half full . I finally left at 6:53pm

I came in through the drive-through this morning with a mobile app order, and the man who took my number was so unbearably rude, and even when I matched how rude he was to me and he still didn’t understand it. And this is not the first time it does, a man has been like this for at least the two months that I have been coming to this McDonald’s. And it’s not OK.

They like to serve raw quarter pounders and have done it at least off and on multiple times over the last handful of years. The last time this happened just a few months ago and I reported them they decided to retaliate against me and good night service because of my service animals claiming that my full service animals were not full service and that somehow they seem to think they can dictate what is and is not a full service animal. So definitely watch your food and make sure your quarter pounders are fully cooked as well as watch out for the ridiculous attitude and demeanor of the bogus staff. Please be careful and keep yourself safe when dealing with bogus places like this one.

Came here for 2 meals, they screwed up and gave me the complete wrong order. Guy who handed me the food didn’t even talk at all just handed it through the window and expected me to know he was just there. Came back around to get my order and dude was still pretty rude. Food was stale and cold 👍

The guy today that works at the drive through window that handles the food should not be working with any food. He gave me my large REGULAR coke a Diet one and it tasted like chemicals. He is very dirty looking and I had to ask him 3 times for a straw. He doesn’t interact at all. I dealt with him about two weeks ago and ask for a snack wrap spicy meal. Told me a could only have one wrap. With it clearly comes with 2 with the meal. And at that time he was very dirty looking and his hands were filthy also. He needs to be cleaning instead of handling food or drinks. And have a better attitude!!!

The crew was very helpful and very nice. However, the establishment had extremely too many flies and nets flying around. I couldn’t enjoy my flu from swatting so many nets and flies. Also, the food must have changed because the quarter pounder was very thin so they must’ve changed their meat. It’s not the quarter pounder I used to get just a little disappointed.
