The guy today that works at the drive through window that handles the food should not be working with any food. He gave me my large REGULAR coke a Diet one and it tasted like chemicals. He is very dirty looking and I had to ask him 3 times for a straw. He doesn’t interact at all. I dealt with him about two weeks ago and ask for a snack wrap spicy meal. Told me a could only have one wrap. With it clearly comes with 2 with the meal. And at that time he was very dirty looking and his hands were filthy also. He needs to be cleaning instead of handling food or drinks. And have a better attitude!!!

The guy in the morning has no business working the window or talking to any customers. You can’t understand him and he is never doing his job correctly. 9/10 times he will have your order messed up

The crew was very helpful and very nice. However, the establishment had extremely too many flies and nets flying around. I couldn’t enjoy my flu from swatting so many nets and flies. Also, the food must have changed because the quarter pounder was very thin so they must’ve changed their meat. It’s not the quarter pounder I used to get just a little disappointed.

It’s always something. Either the machines or down or only taking online a. The rewards there never work anymore. And now yall have no meat. Yall are McDonald’s!!! First time I’ve ever experienced a McDonald’s like this.

Said they aren’t taking mobile orders but allowed the order to go through. Took the money. Lied saying the order never came to their location. And refuse to refund the money

So let's start here. 1st off, I pulled up to the window, and the employees were TOO busy playing on their phones that it took a few minutes to acknowledge me. 2nd, I waited at the window for about 4 minutes and then asked to pull up to the rail where I was waiting ANOTHER 10 minutes for the food. 3rd, the food came out cold. I guess updating your Facebook page is more important than DOING YOUR JOB!!!!

I can literally see employees standing doing nothing and there’s no one at the counter to help the line of customers that has built up this is ridiculous

Quick drive thu, and I guess I was less than wowed.. The server was fabulous and smiled, and it was very polite and personable. She gets the praise today. The QuaterPounder was dry, definitely not fresh. It could have been a kids' meal cheese burger (quality)
