I went thru the drive thru. I ordered a quter pounder w/cheese meal . With a large shamrock shake. When I got home. I had a Big Mac sandwich. How you could mix those two sandwiches up is beyond me. But they did somehow.We just don't have a good McDonald’s in Racine anymore.

Terrible service.. orders one thing at the drive thru, received something totally different at the window. When telling them they gave the wrong order they proceeded to say “that’s what on the receipt” and wouldn’t assist further or give a refund. They were very rude the entire exchange.

This 4 mile and Douglas location is a complete JOKE. I always go through the drive thru. Nearly everytime I'm in one lane and there's another car in the other lane. That car will order and pull up, then they skip me and take the next car in the other lines order! Once I had this happen and three cars passed me. I drove to the window and some girl told me to go back around to order at the menu. I refused. I asked for the manager. She said she was the manager. When I demanded to speak or have a number for someone above her, then she brought out the real manager who actually took my order. Completely unnecessary and poor customer service skills. I always get wrong food so ALWAYS make sure you get a receipt so when u pull away and u don't have what u ordered, u can get it. Among so many other little things. This location needs to shape up or let another fast food place get in this building.
