Ordered Breakfast 20 mins ahead of arrival, arrived on time, line was long and arrived at window at 10:32 (due to line, was on the property at 10:20) was told the order I already paid for was unavailable, now I have to wait days for the money from the order to go back into my bank account.

Not happy at all. I didn’t realize you messed up my order and gave me a seltzer water with a squirt of Dr Pepper syrup. Just do better you guys. Shame on me for not noticing but shame on you for handing out sodas with no flavor.

Why have curbside if it takes longer than every other method?!
I place my order, at least, 10 minutes before I arrive. I pull into my spot and I’ve waited upwards of almost 10 minutes waiting for my order. Half the time they forget my drink.
I get that good help is hard to come by, but when I see drive through customers, we arrive minutes after me behind a line of cars get their food faster than me, it’s disappointing.

Had to pull forward and wait because they said they were waiting for nuggets. I waited about 10 min. My food came out the nuggets were hot but the 2 orders of fries and 2 big macs were ice cold.

This is my favorite McDonalds location. Food is fresh everytime. Employees are very kind and get your order correct. Breakfast or lunch food is top quality.

If ordering Extra Pickles or onions on you sandwiches! Ask them to put the in the bun not on the bun or in the wrapper ?

we went thought the drive though, got told to hold then they proceeded to take the next 5 cars orders in the next line and ignored us so we left. this place has always had bad service but what the hell was that.
I went thru the drive thru. I ordered a quter pounder w/cheese meal . With a large shamrock shake. When I got home. I had a Big Mac sandwich. How you could mix those two sandwiches up is beyond me. But they did somehow.We just don't have a good McDonald’s in Racine anymore.
