Finally tried this little cute place after years of waiting to try it !!! I ordered the enchiladas Rojas (cheese)and my husband ordered the combo plate (ground beef) . The portion size was geez… amazing !! I couldn’t even finish mine ! Everything was so delicious , from the chips to the salsa to the margaritas ! The staff engaged in conversation with us and made us feel very welcomed ! I loved everything about this place and will be making this a prime spot for my enchilada fix from now on !

Pricing went up $1 per item, which is all fine — pricing is going up everywhere. An automatic gratuity is already added… and then because we had 3 adults and 4 kids, an automatic 20% would be added to the bill. As a family, we have had Mexico Lindo as a go-to family spot FOREVER. And after addressing the owner, and having her laugh in our face about the 20% on top of the price increase, we decided to walk out. It’s unfortunate that a family favorite, and a place we are regulars, would laugh straight in our face. Disappointing.

I'll start by saying the place has a nice layout! Nice large sturdy bench for waiting for your food if you order to go.Nice tvs to watch while you wait,the service was fast enough and friendly and the food was authentic. I can see myself making a return visit to try more dishes in the future.

Such good food! The problem is entering. There are two huge steps, a door that opens out and bumps into a wall. I barely made it in, no safety rail. Such a shame because it's good food in an historic area!

Best tostada I’ve ever had! My favorite food is Mexican and they are the real deal! Delicious and very personable service!! Can’t wait to go back!!

BEST authentic Mexican food in the state. I live out of town now and every time I visit Racine I have to stop by Mexican Lindo for their tacos, sopes & the best Combination Plate in the world. Their food still tastes the same after decades of being in business. People come from all around southeastern to eat here or take carryouts home. I love this Racine treasure and will ALWAYS support this restaurant every time I'm in town. 👍🏼
