Had not been there in years and thought we would try it again. Must be good because the parking lot is always full. It seems to just be a neighborhood bar that happens to try to serve Italian food and pizza. Patrons were loud and obnoxious. Pizza was bland and extremely thin. Sausage had no flavor to it. Soft drinks had no fizz. Dinner salad came with lettuce and one slice of cucumber and one tomato wedge.

Had the perch last evening and it was BEYOND terrible!!! Several tiny overcooked fillets, hard as a rock, dry as heck and fishy tasting for supposedly being lake perch. It was just awful. I should have sent it back but that's just never been me. Even the sauce on my side of pasta was bland and completely tasteless. The flounder my mom had was just ok. I'll stick to pizza if I ever come back.

I have been wanting to try for a while and finally got in for my first time and was super disappointed. Italian beef $15.99. Meat was dry, no side of au jus, terribly small, my fork was longer, bread was thin and ordinary and the side of fries I got exactly 11 fries on my plate. Not worth returning to try other things if a simple beef is served like this. And it's an Italian restaurant who doesn't offer lasagna everyday.

I've been coming to this place for years but if you are going to raise your prices, make sure you don't change the quality of your products. I ordered the shrimp dinner plate, 6 medium side shrimps on my plate, coleslaw salad was bland, and spaghetti pasta was ok for $17dls when on the menu says Jumbo shrimps, Our Hawaiian pizza only have had the pineapple in the middle. I don't think we're coming back to this place anymore ?

The food wasn't great at all. We had heard lots of praises and we decided to join the family and give it a try. But even those who used to come often said the food and ingredients in general tasted different. For example, the pepperoni was different from other times (smaller, less tasty). I ordered some pasta and I would have gotten more flavor from noodles and butter at home. The pizza others on the table ordered didn't have the ingredients all the way to the edge, it was all in the middle. Sodas were flat. Then to top it off.. the place was kinda full so the noise inside was kinda unbearable. We had to yell at each other being so close. I would not come again. I'm sure some folks still enjoy it, as it was kinda full. So... Give it a try and determine yourself if it's worth it. The server was kind enough to remove or reduce the price for us because of all the misshapes, she did the best she could.
Brittany is the best bartender she is hard-working, jordy we call her jordy the worker she works so hard. She’s always on task and she’s very very friendly. And since I’m leaving mike and angelo’s, mike i’ll miss you the most… i’ll miss all of you ☹️❤️… ella pier is also a great worker! she is my cousin so i have to say that but she is always friendly and always on task!❤️

The food is great but their commitment to reimbursing for mistakes is seriously lacking and confusing. We've had 2 mistakes on separate carryout orders. One, was no side of meatballs included. We were told to come back and pickup and no apology offered. When we said we couldn't do that they said we would be sent a check for reimbursement. We got the check! It was for the exact cost of the meatballs + tax. Nothing else. No apology. No $5 gift certificate as an I'm sorry. Nothing. Years later I ordered a small antipasto salad with dressing on the side. We get home and the dressing is on the salad. Ugh. Called and was told to come back. Can't do that. Was asked what I wanted them to do. I replied that I would like my money back. She said she would make a note and talk to the owner. Next day I called ahead to say I would be in to pick up my reimbursement. Was told they can't do a financial reimbursement but would I like another salad. I took the salad because I knew I wasn't getting my money back. Again no apology for the mistake. I understand that mistakes happen and that I was reimbursed in kind for both mistakes but what I don't understand is the lack of kindness and apology for the mistakes. Not sure we'll be back even though we love their food.
