I had very bad experience today. I Wait for 30 mins for my food cause they were super busy and run out off some food. They told me to wait and they’ll bring the my dood when is ready. But then it was no more people in line and I still not getting my food. When I went and nicely ask a guy for my food, he don’t even look at me and said. we been busy. And walked away. So I had to ask 3 times for the manager, I explained my situation and he went and served my food right away. What makes me think that i was just stand up there cause they forgot to make my bowl. And thanks to that I was late at work.

We’re the meat at been here twice second time got chicken mushrooms entree three pieces of chicken got the new crispy beef with the crispy shrimp whatever 🤢over cooked the chicken was not nasty just a lot of rice mushroom we can do better Foreal or close it down was in drive thru for over 5 mins I’m thinking the food would be great nope the cook sucks no shade he just getting a check frfr 🤣😅🤣 bills paid not cookin with love or he love or she love to cook type feel it’s was horrible

My personal favorite Panda location. Always very friendly and fair portions. I had about a 15 minute wait for an item that was being made and was given a free egg roll. Panda Express on highway 20 will continue to be my guilty pleasure!

Was told a 5 minute wait for string bean chicken and had no problem waiting. Half an hour later I’m still waiting for them to bring my order! Very disappointing, 4 cars behind me parked as well and all got served before me.
It's been the third time multiple items were missing in my delivery order this month. From bigger plates and entrees missing in the bag. I've called the restaurant about these orders but I just keep getting refereed to contacting Panda. Calling Panda support just leads to them making a ticket which can take up to 2 weeks to get a response.

It’s almost like you’re being ignored or in restaurant customers when you try to communicate what you need and you usually have a long wait for your order.
