I used to go here 2 or 3 times a month. Their pizza was the BEST! It has gone downhill significantly in the last 6 months or so. They are always out of ingredients. It's ridiculous! When I tried to go last Friday, they were closed before 5 pm due to being out of their supply. Really? And, the last time I actually got a pizza, the crust was terrible....very doughy and flimsy. Not sure what's going on at this location, but clearly something needs to be done. I'll probably make the drive to Kenosha from now on to get my Papa Murphy fix!

They have been out of basic ingredients on multiple occasions. Whoever's responsibility this is clearly needs to do better, but it is probably some manager/owner who doesn't care and won't be held accountable for doing a bad job, so all I can do just not give them any more chances.

Got charged multiple times for one order, employees claim they can't issue refunds or cancel orders at point of sale and to contact corporate (a joke if true, but it probably isn't) corporate won't help, franchisee store ownership won't do anything if it means giving money up. No more business for this store.

Ordered online and 2 of my 3 pizzas were wrong. Did not realize until I got home and tried calling the store and got a voicemail. Left a message and let's see if I get a call back. Ruined my dinner plans.

Why would a business close fifteen to ten minutes early on a Friday night? This is very unbelievable in today's society.. Very disappointing with this franchise to willingly not want to serve the customer and earn a sale. They are more worried about getting out on time. So sad.. you were my favorite pizza place.

Horrible.I ordered a mediteranean chicken pizza, was contacted by the store that they did not have chicken for my pizza, I then requested that they cancel my order and issue a refund. I never picked up a pizza. They stated that the manager who issues refunds was not in but would call me to give refund. I have now called a total of FIVE times, have been told that no one in the store can issue a refund and only the “manager who comes in once a month can”This is beyond unacceptable, I have yet to speak to a manager of any sort and have not received a refund. How does someone run a business this way?!

They tried to give me cookie dough that they clearly have been digging into then told me to have a nice day. When I inspected it I returned it immediately for a refund with no issues. Horrific. Why didn't they just tell me they were out of it? No care or respect. All young teenagers gossiping and no manager was present. All kids. I haven't been there in a while and won't be going back.

Love this place and love the people! Especially Chucky! He made our pizzas today and his attitude and attention to detail was stellar! Please ask for Chucky to make your pizza! He deserves a raise!

Ordered two pizzas and a cookie dough online for pick up. Upon arrival I was told they did not have any cookie dough available. (Bummer, but ok it happens) I then asked for a refund since I had paid for the cookie dough. The employees indicated that they don’t have the ability to refund me and that I would have to “call corporate” to get my refund. (Annoying, but ok) Upon contacting corporate I was advised that I was miss informed by the employees and that corporate was in fact the ones that could not refund me since each location is individually owned franchises. (F-ck it at this point) I’ll take the $5 loss and take my business elsewhere going forward. This location is an absolute joke now. Randomly closed due to staffing issues and staff that they do have are incompetent and rude. Save yourself the hassle and order something else.
