3 Strikes…. After over a year long boycott over similar issues we decided to give them another try. Due to allergies we have some simple requests- CHICKEN enchiladas with just cheese NO SAUCE. Seems simple but 3 of the last 4 visits in two months they have managed to screw this up. It always boils down to the order taker. Last night the server greeted my call with Name for the order, which I gave to have her repeat it back. Then took the specific Chicken enchilada order then tacos, then said “that was BEEF enchiladas?” of course I corrected her and it was repeated back correct. Then asked again for my name….. Upon picking it up and expecting an error I opened the enchilada container and they appeared correct, but I should have cut into them because when I got home they were beef! We love the food, but I’m tired of having to make a trip back due to inept staff. Good bye Pico’s

Their bottles of Coke are served warm! Their fluffy tacos were very good however, the beef tacos are ground beef, but still tasty. Their mild sauce was some of the best I've had.

We ordered a party pack for a large family gathering. The food was plentiful and everyone loved it! Timely delivery with everything we needed.
We found this gem today and sooo glad we did!!! There was a young lady that was doing it all (besides cooking) from grabbing phone/online orders, serving, bussing tables and cashiering. She was very sweet and I hope she is appreciated and compensated well by the owners cause good help is hard to find!!! The el pastor taco and chicken enchilada w/green sauce were fantastic and seasoned well. The steak gordita was ok, but I think it was the steak that the ok part of it. The beans were great and so was the rice. I am allergic to most fresh fruits and vegetables. I can have a bite or two, but thats it!!! So I normally stay away from great things like guacamole. But today, I had to give it a try because the smell alone got to me. It brought literal tears to my eyes because I wish I could endulge and eat it like others can. It was super fresh and hands down the best I've had in forever. If you love guacamole, try their's. It will NOT disappoint ♥️ We will most definitely be back!!!

The food is always good but the service is absolutely terrible. Their taco truck is the way to go but don’t waste your time at the sit down restaurants. You will wait a long time to receive a cold serving of something you don’t even order.
Employees would rather look at their phones then to make sure your order is complete.
