Ordered medium hand tossed pizza. They called me and said they don't have that crust and didn't know why it was on the website like that. That's fine give me another crust. I get there and had to wait for someone to come for payment that's fine. He said it'll be a few more minutes, I'm like that's okay I'll wait. Got home opened the box and nothing but disappointed is how my kids and I felt. Barely any sauce on it and most of the pepperonis were burnt. Obviously it didn't need the extra few minutes. We had ordered 3. Domino's or Little Caesars it is from now on.

I had back surgery in Milwaukee and we stopped and got pizza on our way home to racine. It was perfect! Thank you for not letting me down :)

I just like Pizza Hut more than the other fast food pizza joints. But on top of that, I've gotten nothing but great service from the staff here. It's unfortunate they don't have enough drivers, and they usually deliver through doordash for me, because the only issues I ever seem to have are through doordash. However, anytime I've had issues, the staff here have always rectified the situation in one way or another.
This place has one of the best teams that greet and welcome every customer with a smile! Food is one of the best in town!
