The managers, the most rude woman I have ever dealt with my order was delivered to an address that doesn’t exist, but the only thing they could tell me was they were sorry I would have to order and pay for it again because they messed up. Worst Pizza Hut

We do not prefer the popular thin crust that is offered in the area so Pizza Hut is closer option to what we want. We've tried more than 6 times to eat inside and different times to try the pizza buffet. They are under staffed and the dining room is closed and the times the buffet is available is not consistent either. We have not had a chance to eat there yet. Very disappointing

Placed an order on the app to pick up at 12:15. I get there at 12:30 knowing pizza places are always behind. The building was locked. No workers in the building. While I was there a couple other people showed up to get their orders as well. That was unacceptable and unprofessional. Another reason why big chain restaurants are trash.

Pizza Hut is mostly a nostalgic experience. But I can say the service is top notch! If you haven't been inside in awhile do yourself a favor and do so. Very very happy with the service. Oh yeah the buffet is back!!

I normally wouldn't complain, but I'm tired of delivery in this area being the absolute WORST.
The delivery took almost an extra hour past the estimated time after being passed off to DoorDash & the food arrived cold.
For how much I ordered & tipping over 25%, this is just unacceptable.

The outside was clean and the inside was smelling good and sparkling. The buffet is back open and that was one of the best parts of this Pizza Hut location.

Parking: It’s a two sided parking lot. The front door entrance and the back door entrance is on one side of each building.32

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Pizza Hut and will not be ordering from them again. ALL the pizzas I received was overcooked and dry, with barely any cheese or sauce. The breadsticks were rock-hard, and biting into them was like crunching on hockey pucks. I also paid extra for marinara dipping sauces, but was given only a small cup with about two tablespoons of sauce—definitely not worth the dollar.

I tried to address these issues by contacting the store, but it was clear they didn’t care. I also attempted to reach Pizza Hut’s corporate office, but it's nearly impossible to speak with anyone. For the prices you charge, I expect much better quality. It’s disheartening to find that even a frozen pizza tastes better than what was served. While Domino’s isn’t perfect, I’d choose it over Pizza Hut any day, and it’s right next door.
