Pizza Hut

I typically don’t have complaints — I’m the “it’s fine, I’ll eat it” type — but today’s order? Oh no, today’s order was a crime scene in a pizza box. I usually like a little extra pizza sauce, but the amount on our pizzas was enough to baptize a small village in marinara. Now I’m sitting here rehearsing how I’m going to explain, in vivid PowerPoint-level detail, just how much sauce was involved — because “a lot” doesn’t even begin to cover it.— and the cheese? Let’s just say it was sprinkled on like it was a limited-edition luxury item being rationed during a dairy apocalypse. Next order will come with some detailed instructions! 🤣

The managers, the most rude woman I have ever dealt with my order was delivered to an address that doesn’t exist, but the only thing they could tell me was they were sorry I would have to order and pay for it again because they messed up. Worst Pizza Hut

We do not prefer the popular thin crust that is offered in the area so Pizza Hut is closer option to what we want. We've tried more than 6 times to eat inside and different times to try the pizza buffet. They are under staffed and the dining room is closed and the times the buffet is available is not consistent either. We have not had a chance to eat there yet. Very disappointing

Placed an order on the app to pick up at 12:15. I get there at 12:30 knowing pizza places are always behind. The building was locked. No workers in the building. While I was there a couple other people showed up to get their orders as well. That was unacceptable and unprofessional. Another reason why big chain restaurants are trash.

Pizza Hut is mostly a nostalgic experience. But I can say the service is top notch! If you haven't been inside in awhile do yourself a favor and do so. Very very happy with the service. Oh yeah the buffet is back!!

I normally wouldn't complain, but I'm tired of delivery in this area being the absolute WORST.
The delivery took almost an extra hour past the estimated time after being passed off to DoorDash & the food arrived cold.
For how much I ordered & tipping over 25%, this is just unacceptable.

The outside was clean and the inside was smelling good and sparkling. The buffet is back open and that was one of the best parts of this Pizza Hut location.

Parking: It’s a two sided parking lot. The front door entrance and the back door entrance is on one side of each building.32
