Horrible people my daughter was walking and went past needing to use the bathroom and the lady was rude saying you gots to buy something if you wanna use this bathroom she didn’t have any money so she peed herself on the way home this is not right at all it’s a public establishment

Once again no apple pies I paid for, a literal handful of fries, 1/4 lb shrimp not a 1/4 lb of shrimp. Idk what is wrong with this Popeyes but dang man y’all jippin people out they food. Guess I gotta drive to Waukegan to get my money worth.

Went to the drive-thru paid and waited almost 10 minutes for my meal on a 30 minute break 10 minute drive there and back love me some Popeyes but the wait is ridiculous

GrubHub said I was out of range even though it was only a mile and a half away and they said they don't take orders over the phone but he did for me that day and that was very helpful so we could get back to work rt away

Time after time i give this place chances because the chicken is so good (when it’s fresh) Customer service is horrible and the wait times are even worse. Store seems to always be under staffed and only cares about drive through times.

DO NOT ORDER DOOR DASH (or any other delivery service) from this store. We have tried ordering from here 3 times. The first time the dasher got there and somebody else had "picked up" the order. Second time it said the store cancelled the order. Third time, order was cancelled, then automatically re-ordered at no additional cost and when the dasher got there, the order had already been "picked up" by someone else AGAIN. I love Popeye's chicken, but if you are a customer or a dasher, I'd steer clear of this one.

This review is for the man working alone at 8pm on the evening of Monday March 3rd.
He was doing his very best under incredibly difficult circumstances. Most people would have walked out but he was determined to keep the business going and fulfill all of the delivery orders so as not to let anyone down. He deserves a raise and a promotion. Shame on the owners for leaving him without proper support.

I remember why I stopped coming here. The customer service to atmosphere is terrible. This place feels like its ran like a lazy side hustle. The drive thru wasn't manned so I had to go in. I should have stopped there. They have 1 kid doing everything. l from taking to filling orders.
My sandwich was incorrect and the fountain drink wasnt mixed right. Things like cup lids and straws werent stocked. Its no wonder the parking lot only has 1 or 2 cars when I drive by. Im surprised this place is still in business if this is how they run it. Just avoid this place.

I find it very interesting that the owner's replies are rubber stamped:
"Thank you for being a valued customer and for taking the time to share your feedback. We strive to provide the best restaurant experience and are sorry to hear that your visit did not fully meet your expectations. We hope to hope to have the opportunity to serve you better in the future." End quote.
You're not sorry and you're not striving to provide the best of anything. Nothing changes from these complaints. You're as incompetent and probably just as high as your employees.
They're so high that they can't get anything right. Just like you. Worst Popeyes in America.
No sign out front.
No hot sauce.
No honey.
No biscuits.
Bad attitude employees who probably have the hot sauce and honey at home in their refrigerators.
Poor management.
Uncaring ownership.
Any customers reading this on your way there, find somewhere else. Tinos right down the street is the absolute best in all areas, caring and competent ownership, and you can see it in the cleanliness of the building, the quality of customer service and the outstanding food. They actually REALLY strive to provide the best restaurant experience. Owners, if you truly care, walk over to Tinos and see how to run a business right. I will never ever patronize Popeyes again.
