Rocky Rococo Pizza and Pasta

This is are second time coming here used to love this place pizza over cooked or not cooked is their new method also 1 hour they forgot we we're dining in so when they finally gave the pizza burnt

Placed an order online for delivery, took over an hour for the pizza to arrive. When we did get the pizza, it was burnt and at best, just warm. I called and spoke to the young lady who told me she’s was the manager and explained to her our situation. She advised me that she would remake the pizza, but it might be over an hour for delivery. I told her that I would come pick it up myself to save on time, at which point, she asked me to bring the burnt pizza back. Upon arrive at the store, she handed me my new pizza, but never once was there ever an apology. I did ask a gentleman, Patrick, who was standing there how they would allow a pizza of that quality out the door, and all he did was shrug his shoulders.

While the Rocky’s pizza formula is great, the Racine restaurant just needs to close. Completely just the worst people working there. They WILL screw up your order, so don’t pay until you show up and verify. Also, if you order online they won’t even know that you placed an order, so make sure you don’t do that either. This location is dysfunctional and poorly managed. Close this place down please. Do not give this place your business.

Delicious pizza and great service. We have dined inside as well as picking up at the drive through. Food is always fresh and hot. Cashiers/servers are very friendly as well. Prices are good too.

Rocky Rocco was an enjoyable experience. I go for the salad bar. My wife and mother-in-law go for the pizza. My wife is vegan and gets a veggie pizza, no cheese. The seating area was clean. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We will be back.

I usually love Rocky’s, however recently the quality has been very poor- their breadsticks which are usually soft and warm were cold and crunchy and dark brown, the pizza was soggy and undercooked…. I’m greatly disappointed in my experience

It's kinda like stepping into the 90's. I hadn't been in a Rocky Rococo since I was a kid and it looks pretty much the same. Even though it has that old feel, everything is new equipment and decor. It's just decorated to look old. It looked acceptable and clean. Staff was friendly and food was good.
