My family and I will not be returning to Scores. We have been frequent customers in the past, but over the last several visits the food quality has not been very good and the service has gone downhill as well. Because of this, we’ve been going to Mario’s instead. However, today, December 23rd, we were craving Scores and decided to give it another try. We planned to place a to-go order, and I was hoping to sit at the bar and enjoy a drink while waiting — a brief break from the kids and Christmas chaos at home. I arrived just after 6:10 p.m. and saw a sign on the door stating they would be closing early at 7:00 p.m. for a private party. With nearly 50 minutes left before closing, I assumed placing a to-go order would be fine. I sat at the bar and, instead of being greeted or helped, overheard staff behind the bar loudly complaining and swearing about customers continuing to come in. When I was finally acknowledged and asked what I needed, I politely asked if I could place a to-go order and was rudely told no — despite there being 43 minutes left before their early closing time. I have worked in restaurants before, and even if someone walked in shortly before closing, they were still seated and served. This experience was extremely unprofessional and unacceptable from a customer service standpoint, especially during the holiday season. I ultimately took my business to Mario’s, where we had a much better meal at a much lower price, and I suggest anyone reading this do the same. Lesson learned: I will be choosing Mario’s over Scores from now on.

Score’s truly grew on me. This was one of those restaurants that I dreaded going to with friends because of their food selection. As a local spot, this place is well known for their wings. Personally, I’m not a big wing person so I always struggled finding something good at Score’s up until most recently. I recently tried their soup flight and it did not disappoint. The pretzel stick that came with it tasted just as amazing as the soups I tried. I also tried their version of a KFC famous bowl (pictured below) which was fine but nowhere near as good as their customizable jalapeño Mac and cheese. Although, they can get pretty busy at times which affects their service significantly (especially during football season). Overall, I would recommend this place to most people looking for good food and drinks.

We went to Scores on a Tuesday night this week — and never again. Horrible decision. The food was awful. We ordered Cajun pasta, tacos, and a Philly cheesesteak, and everything was disappointing.
I let the manager, Amy, know that we come here every week (usually on Wednesday for the wings & Cajun pasta) and that the Cajun pasta especially was inedible — completely different from what we normally get. I asked for that dish to be taken off the bill, as it was not even close to the usual quality. She took the plate and offered to remake it, but I declined since it was already poorly made the first time.
Amy then told me the owner said she couldn’t take it off or offer anything, which I found unbelievable. We paid the bill and will not be back. My boyfriend even started feeling sick before the Cajun pasta arrived.
I asked if there was a new cook, because the food had no flavor whatsoever. Amy’s response was, “I can’t take it off because you don’t like it or it’s not the same—it might just be a different cook.” But isn’t consistency exactly why customers return to restaurants?
Apparently, at Scores, they can serve bad food, make you pay for it, and add poor customer service on top. I truly hope the owner reconsiders their approach and that Amy receives proper management and customer service training.

I love their cod dinner and Jamaican long Island. Their pork nachos are tasty as well. It's also a good spot to watch games. Lots of tvs. You can view a tv wherever you're sitting within the bar. The bartenders are all nice and friendly. It's a great spot to grab a drink, a bite, and watch sports.

Food was da bomb.com! Fresh and prepared amazingly. Service was top tier as well, always checking in to see if we needed anything. The only thing I wish they had on the menu was garlic parmesan wings grilled. Other than that it’s a 10/10!

5+5+5+5🌟 I didn't know this place before we stopped. We were driving by and we were hungry.
Rishan ❤️ took our order after we found our seat. She is an excellent senior server. we just had the guac and chips for starters, I had a Miller high Life bottle and a shot of Jack. My wife had some lemonade. She had gotten the shrimp quesadilla, the shrimp were grilled which was nice. I had gotten the double cheeseburger with cheddar. And some coleslaw. Coleslaw was very good, the burgers were well done and had good flavor. Brennah ❤️ the kitchen shuttle server was very efficient and awesome. The interior of this establishment was loaded with screens, also jukebox, and video poker. It was really spotless, the bathrooms were super clean. I was very impressed with the effort put into this facility.
And then, I have to give honorable mention to one of the regulars, Brian! 💪🏽 EX football player,🏈 basketball player, 🏀and a walking sports library.🏛️ He knows everyone, and in his recollections and experience make for some excellent listening. I have to admit I was entertained.
Our servers and the customers that we interacted with, were very kindly folks. And that, I really appreciate. Nowadays you won't see that too often. 🫶🏽

I don't drink, so the bar and atmosphere are irrelevant. I pick up wings to go. This used to be a really great spot but something has changed. My wings were cooked to death and the celery looked like it was picked out of the trash. This will probably be my last time stopping by here 😬

The worst wings I’ve ever had. There was a mound of sauce poured on top . It was disappointing to say the least. I ended up wiping them down with a bunch of napkins just so I could eat a majority of them. I did not finish them.
