I have been working here from out of town for now awhile and have stopped in here multiple times and have noticed the older bartenders that have served me and work there are frankly down right rude, zero personality and bring their own personal problems/issues in there life to the bar/us the customers. If you cannot disconnect your issues in life/or your fulltime job problems, bartending is not for you. Because as a customer wanting to have a few drinks/food and a good time I do not need your negativity. I hope management reads this and is taking seriously, as you have an issue. Thank you

We had a big group and it was an experience I don’t want to experience again. Manager was snotty with a huge attitude. We ordered a lot of food that came out randomly. We paid $180 for a taco bar and the toppings came out after a complaint and after everyone already ate. We had to use the taco dip for toppings. I addressed it to the girl brining food out and she said she wasn’t aware of that. I had to ask for forks, ask for the salsa, waitress didn’t come much. People had to go up to the bar for drinks. Then we were told by the snotty Lauren that yes the waitress came a lot and we shouldn’t have been going to the bar. I had to ask for tops to bring home all the food they brought out after the fact. We would appreciate a call from the owner Rick or rich rather than the manager that was here this evening. $550 bill is crazy for what we experienced. I didn’t even ask for a discount when I was addressing our concerns and she said if you’re looking for a discount you aren’t getting one. I also told her we were suppose to have 2 trays of chips and she said well it looks like you have plenty. If it came with what we ordered we should have gotten it. Then they overcharged 2 items from the original email pricing we recieved when booking and placing order, for them to tell us prices have changed since then. Just a very horrible experience. Don’t recommend big group gatherings here or to go there with Lauren working. Walking around flirting all night and rude as heck to customers with concerns.

Food was horrible very overrated and overpriced. Ruben egg rolls are horrible!! Wings taste frozen onion rings over cooked fake flat burgers. Only thing tasted close to good was the water and that had a funky taste. S/O to the waitress they rock.

Absolutely Complete disaster! Ordered 20 wings total they came back with 40 told them this is not what we ordered and they forced us to pay or to call the cops on something we did not order they told us they can’t take back mistake that they made!

Very very poor service me and my gf where here for about 2 hours tonight just waiting.it took 15 minutes for us to get a cup of water and a soda and then like an other 20 minutes before we where asked what we wanted to order. It took an other 30 minutes for the pretzel sticks to come and after that we waited an hour for 10 wings and a sandwich during that time not once did the waiter stop by to stay that it's gonna take a while or even if we needed anything and they never refilled the drinks eirther I would say who but they never even gave us there name.when we did get the food the wings and fries where very bland and not warm just an overall very disappointing experience.
Waitress took a while to check us. My fried chicken was delicious I was surprised. 🥰🥰There was no complaints about the food.

Had the wings. They were good but lacked enough sauce. Served a little dry. Full order of 20 wings and there was not even any leftover sauce dripped or left on the plate. Other than that, it was not bad

I've never consistently had bad or no service @ any other establishment as I have had here. Disappointing when ya sit for 10 minutes @ a table with no service then stand at the bar for another 5 minutes having the bartender look at me then walk away and make drinks for the other side of the bar.
