I had terrible service at scores. Usually it’s okay service, but today was just really bad. It took the waitress 15 minutes to greet my table. Got my drink confused with another table when she took mine and another table’s glass for refills. She didn’t check back if the food was okay nor if we needed anything, had to wait a long while just to get the check and wait for a while again to pay. The food is good, but it’s not worth it if you have to deal terrible service.

Service was friendly and fast. Food was above average for the price. Gumbo, an off-menu item, was superb! Reuben was very good, as well. Friendly neighborhood bar/restaurant that is open and light enough to feel ok about bringing kids.

MESSAGE TO THE OWNER:I absolutely love this place. You have the best wings around, not even debatable. You're servers also give great service, along with good beer selections being readily available every time I'm there. I would happily change this review to a 5 star, if you would just get another fryer or use one vat to fry shell fish related things. I can't even bring my girl to your establishment to enjoy anything, because she has a shellfish allergy and you only use one fryer/or vat for everything. Please try to remedy this situation so I can bring my girl, and so other customers with the same issues don't have to worry. Otherwise, great establishment.

Generally, I am a big fan and love scores. It takes a lot to get me to complain but our service last night was beyond horrendous. Brought my mom for her bday dinner because she wanted their wings. After waiting to be seated up front for 5 mins without anyone even greeting us (busy restaurant didn’t know if we could just seat ourselves) I asked a server if we could sit at the empty tables in that front room off to the side to which she said we could. After sitting there for 20 mins without being helped (including going to the bar after the first 10 to ask if we needed to order there since no one approached us) a table opened up in the main area so we switched to that table.Shortly, after switching table a server asked us if we were in the back room. We told her yes but saw the open table and moved because we thought it would be easier. We tried to put in an order with her but she wouldn’t take it because the table was someone else’s. (I’ve been a server for years, take care of the customer that’s been waiting without help and figure it out with the other servers later). We then waited another 10-15 mins before being approached by our server.At this point we have been sitting for over 30 mins and don’t even have drinks yet. We finally put in our drink order and weee ready to order food. Normally, if a table has been waiting, a server will ask if the table is ready to order. Not this server though. Took our drink orser and quickly walked away before we could say we were ready to order. (we didn’t say it right away but that’s because we expected that she would ask. When we realized she wasn’t going to and started to say it within a few seconds she was already walking away.) She brought our drink order but forgot the water, again trying to order she left too quickly again to get the water. She brings the cups and pitcher for water, drops them at the other end of the high top and walks away again, still without taking our order. At this point it’s been almost an hour. I told my family I wanted to leave but my mom really wanted scores wings. (I got her hooked because the food is phenomenal)After dropping the water she went to a different table. After she left that table I called out “mam” to get her attn but she was walking to another table so I cut it short but she heard me and looked at me to acknowledge so I’m thinking she will come back to finally take our order. However she did not.After helping the table near the kitchen she would es through the double swing doors and we didn’t see her again for another 20 mins. At this point, almost an hour and a half after arriving we still have not put in a food order. I finally convince my family that we should go somewhere else and as we’re getting our stuff together and putting our jackets on approaching the bar to pay for our drinks and leave, the server finally comes to take our order. Since she is finally there and my mom really wanted the wings we (really she) decided to stay and order food (her bday, her choice). Food came out timely and was great as always.We were looking for the server to order more drinks, but yet again she could not be found. When we finally see her again we were done eating but still wanted another round of drinks so we asked for boxes for the food and another round. She brings the round of drinks but forgets the boxes. We remind her and she says she will bring them right out. 20 mins later she finally brings the boxes.Altogether, because of the long wait before being helped and then the times that our server would disappear, we ended up being there almost 2.5 hours.No manager ever came and talked to us, nothing was comped (again I didn’t ask for a manager or to be comped because I don’t like to complain, but as a server I knew it should have happened) and the server never even apologized and almost seemed she was avoiding our table because of being embarrassed about how bad the service was, which ultimately lead to worse service.Overall, the experience was horrible and I was really disappointed because normally everything is great.
Good food for a really good price, Double Cheeseburger with fries with a beer and 10 bone in wings for just over 25$ is a great

Hadn't been for awhile and things have changed! The server/waitress seemed more concerned with fixing the tvs and not taking care of a rather LARGE party! And it was freezing in the place ?
