PICK UP ONLY
Wow, this is my second Starbucks in as many days that is pick up only. No tables, no chairs. This one doesn’t even have a bathroom. I think coffee shops have to have bathrooms.
If you need anything more than just a pick me up, go down the street to the other location, which still has bathrooms and tables and chairs.
Otherwise, possibly because there’s no one actually using the space, it’s very clean. Service is efficient, though not warm.

The service is happy and upbeat and polite. Very respectful and funny service. This Starbucks is next to a yummy bakery. I can make a breakfast stop all in one trip.
Kid-friendliness: They are kid friendly and you can also get your fur baby a little pup cup treat
For the most part the coffee is nice and hot but today I literally had to microwave it when I got to work. It was that cold. And the rest I will keep to mtself! I went through at 8:45am

We were in town, visiting family, and wanted to stop for some drinks on the way out. Both my husband and myself ordered a refresher. He, got the strawberry lemonade, I got the new Summerberry refresher with lemonade. We ordered to the Starbucks placing our order around 1:55 PM. I was confused initially as it said it would not be ready until 244, and it was not normal that I’d ever seen that on the app, we arrived and they were rather busy, but then it said they were working on it. My husband went inside and I stayed in the car with her five month old. 40 minutes later, I walked into the Starbucks, trying to figure out where my husband was and were drinks were. They were number of people standing inside roughly 20 to 30 drinks sitting on the counter that had not been picked up, and order not seen. I went back out to the car and waited some more. About 15 minutes later, my husband came out with our drinks and my vanilla bean scone. His drink was correct, mine was not. He mentioned to me that he tried explaining to the cashier that my drink was incorrect, as they had given me the strawberry lemonade with Boba, not the new refresher. he explained that when he tried to tell her this, she said that he was incorrect and it was the right thing because it had the Boba. So, after waiting 45 minutes to 50 minutes, I wanted what I paid for, so I went in the store and talk to them myself. The cashier was very rude, stating well then I guess I just misheard him, and asking for my receipt. I had mobile ordered, so they should have my receipt. However, I did not bring my phone in with me, as I didn’t think I would need it. That being said, it also been over an hour that I was waiting for a simple drink, and our five month old was getting fussy and needed to get going. This is the worst experience I’ve had at a Starbucks ever.
