Twice this week the hwy 20 location messed my order up, and I didn't realize until I arrived work/home. First time I asked for coffee with cream and sugar, got it black. Second time ordered the pistachio latte and it was plain, had no flavoring :(

I went to starkbucks with my daughter-in-law. I already had coffee, so I didn't get any, though I got me a tumbler. It was 50% off, I believe if not I wouldn't had gotten it. The guy at the checkout stand was very friendly and helpful. He was very cheerful. I love to see customer service like that. He was cool people! ? ??

Check your drinks before you leave wen just ordered a mocha with peppermint cold foam and they gave us the vanilla cold foam instead. Since this Starbucks is just off the interstate we had already gotten on the highway before we realized. When cold foam is $1.25 upcharge I'd hope to get the one I ordered.I really do like the Dunkin on the order side of the highway though just a minute away. They never miss

Since they did the remodel there is no seating. I don’t know how they justify the cost of their coffee now. Before you paid for the atmosphere and being able to come read and study. Won’t be back to this location.

Racine lacks places where we can sit and study or just hang out; and this Starbucks was a convenient location but now they got rid of all seating.On top of that, check your drinks before you pull away. We mobile ordered a London Fog, and got a cup of just Tea. It happens, but there is a $2 price difference between just tea and a London fog. :/Just disappointed overall.
