i went into this location for the first time and had a lilly girl helping me she was very rude and kept rolling her eyes at me and i felt very rushed to figure out what i wanted to get it was unbelievable how rude and impatient she was i will never be coming back to this location every again because of that girl!

I've never been the type of person to leave a review to complain and I never have. But today is too much. I ordered a cup of royal English tea this morning and they made a mistake but instead of making it right they took pity and made me another cup with no sweetener at all and just tea. Working attitude is very unprofessional and disrespectful to customers. I very politely told them they made a mistake on my cup and hoped they could make it again. I don't understand why she can treat me like that. I even always came here every day. What a disappointment!
Plus: She pretended to do that right by saying it out loud with other people to make sure that they were doing it right. I realized that when I took a first sip of my drink. It tastes like tap water with tea. Huge disappointment! So mean! 10:20 am. Sunday, 09/01/2024

I come to this location everyday and it's great but it only takes 1 person to make it awful. Lily was in drive through and she didn't speak, and was annoyed I did not want the drink carrier, annoyed I didn't want the straws. Walked away as if I was done and left my other two items setting there. Get her out of the window!!! She is not a good person ro greet your guests.

Sent my husband to get some drinks and food and the staff working there was making fun of his accent when he was placing the order. We live in the US and there’s a lot of diversity where we live, if you dont like to provide customer service or dont have the patience to do it then you shouldnt be working at customer service.

Went to buy some food and it look likes they found entertaining when someone that has an accent orders thru the drive thru, I could hear them laughing when I got to the window to pick up my order. On top of that they made my drink wrong and got mad when I had to return it, overall bad customer service at this location this morning.
