This Starbucks is perfectly placed within a very dense retail shopping area, and they also have a newer competitor not very far. Although it is nice that this location offers a drive through option, this has got to be the slowest Starbucks I have ever been to, whether you go drive through or inside the building. I tried to go in once to see if I could get my basic coffee quicker, but it seems that they follow orders the way they come, so it seems that if there were five cars in line outside, I walk in... I will be served as the sixth customer. Perhaps this is me just moving from a big city, but I would have thought that the walk in would get quicker service, but I was mistaken. However, with that being said... the staff are always bright and cheery to see you, which is nice... but the wait is always the worst at this location. Also please do not get me wrong, I will continue to go to this location, I just know that I cannot be in any hurry and I will always have to expect slow service.

Why is it that you are the only Starbucks that charges extra money for your flavor of the month or season? It's bad enough your coffee is expensive enough but charging almost 50% more is ridiculous! No other Starbucks that I have been to does this!!

The Absolute slowest Starbucks I've been to yet. It doesn't matter what time of day you go either. Be prepared to wait.

We came yesterday for coffee and got two coffees just plan coffee. And good god. The wait for those two small coffees that ended up not being drinkable was insane. When we got home i dumped mine and at the bottom of my cup were coffee grounds. Thick coffee grounds. Disgusting!! Won’t be returning.

Ordered my wife’s normal drink (literally used the previous one from in the app because I don’t drink this stuff and don’t know what I’m doing). The picture was what I got after taking it back in because there was no coffee taste for my wife. They said because she asked for “lite ice” that’s why it was 2/3 full. She still doesn’t taste any coffee and only has caramel drink with cold foam. This is a staple for her, 3-4 times per week and it’s never been like this before. Will not be returning to the Green Bay Road location again, this isn’t acceptable.

Ordered a grande, paid over $6 for a latte and the cup was half full. Ridiculous.

I have been going here for a while until today unfortunately my experience was really bad. I came in for for a mobile order and as I waited four other people came in to place orders and 5 minutes went by when I realized the barista had asked everyone for the name on there order and she made it asap but I had asked her about mine she said “give me a minute.” Very unhappy with this experience!

They need to hire more people. This is the slowest drive thru I've ever been to. Only 3 people in line when I arrived, and I think I waited about 20 minutes.

The picture should speak for itself. The cold brew I got was not in the tray all the way. The barista at the window was handing it off to me and I went to set it down and bam, the cold brew spills alllll over my car and all over everything. It is not the first time I’ve had issues at this location and I don’t plan on going back

I've loved going to this Starbucks location they've always been relatively fast and friendly I also work in the food industry so I tend to give people some lee way and I go here almost daily because I work in the area but recently the experience has not been great with one of the baristas. I order the same thing every time so I know my drink by heart venti iced brown sugar oat milk shaken espresso but within the last two weeks one of I believe the newer bartenders has given me issues. The drink has been clumpy and overall just not great now I do enjoy my drink to be more on the bitter side but recently it's been tasting like someone just poured straight black coffee in. I've had them remake it several times at this point for a variety of quality issues but this time was outstandingly terrible. I actually went in today and got to hear the conversation my boyfriend went up and somewhat politely asked them to make a new drink for me and they said they would then I overheard the drink barista talking to her coworker about how I didn't like the drink and how she knows what the drink looks like (obviously she doesn't if she believes that the milk curdling is normal). I then waited around ten- fifteen minutes and went up again to ask about the drink and they hadn't even started on it. Very disappointed in this experience and will no longer be getting my coffee from Starbucks. If anyone is looking seven brew down the road from this location has amazing coffee at half the price.

Poor customer service. The girl at the window today on 6/30/2025 was sorta rude, like she didn’t want to be there. I’m just there to get my drinks and snack.
