Always very nice and not very accurate

Nebular Maze

New Holiday bear cups dropped and the first people in line were clearly friends with the staff and bought all of them before anyone else could get a chance at them. Heard them talking about reselling online for hundreds of dollars. The way the workers were laughing seemingly at the fact that no one else could get one was disturbing. Disappointing to see that there are no limits on how many they could buy. Won’t be coming back and I’m sure many people in line are feeling the same way. Disgusting behavior on behalf of the staff and their community, not at all inclusive, hospitable, or empathetic. Reward poor behavior and this is what you get.

Lost my business!
Who wants to spend $7+ a day to not even get your coffee how you like it. Used to rave about how this was the best location. Not anymore.

This location is terrible. Like they are totally clueless. I paid the 1st lady w my card. She just stood there doing gid knows what when another chick came and said do u have your payment ready? Like I already paid u but whatever. I was waiting for at least 7 minutes. Left paid for a drink but they didn’t give it to me. Will just dispute the charge with my bank and never go to this location again. Smh.

I'm done with this place! The service sucks, my drinks are messed up more that right. This morning on 8/15/25 I get a nitro cold brew with sweet cream, no sweet cream, send it back asking that they add some they over fill my cup with it, apparently they don't like being held accountable. NEVER again! I'm even deleting the APP. I stopped going to McDonalds 6 years ago because of the same problem, did they hire the same people that worked at the McDonalds????

I oder a red eye so the coffee would be hot! So what do they do? One person puts the coffee in a cup and let's it sit. Then someone else adds the shot. Now it's not hot. Totally defeating my purpose! No recourse to reheat. And the staff has a difficult hearing me when they have to listen to other orders through the mic. Not good serve for me. Perhaps they should do it the old fashioned way one customer at a time!

I had a very disappointing experience at this Starbucks today that left me feeling singled out and unwelcome.

I came in to work for a few hours while in town for my sister’s baby’s arrival. I have a very small emotional support animal (about the size of my hand) who stays fully enclosed in a zipped travel bag at the very bottom of my stroller, with breathable mesh windows. He remains inside the entire time, quiet and contained, you wouldn’t even know he was there.

After a long stretch of meetings, I took him out for about 30 seconds just to pet him and take a mental health break before placing him back in his bag. A Starbucks employee approached me and said, “I’m sorry, but we don’t allow animals in here.” I immediately apologized, asked briefly if ESAs were allowed, but told her I would put him away and wouldn’t take him out again. She said nothing further, simply walked away, so I assumed the matter was resolved.

About 15 minutes later, I accidentally cut my finger and went to the counter to ask for a Band-Aid. While waiting, the same employee abruptly turned to me and said, “So you know, ESA dogs aren’t allowed, and if you come back here with your dog we will report you.”

This was shocking and unnecessary. I was never asked to leave, and after I complied by putting him away, there was no indication there was still an issue. To threaten to “report” me after I had already followed instructions created an unnecessarily hostile and uncomfortable situation.

I completely understand health code rules, but this interaction was handled rudely and unprofessionally. Especially considering I was not combative, defensive, or rude when approached. A simple, clear conversation would have been appropriate...this felt like being scolded and humiliated for no reason. I am here for two weeks and planned to come in each morning for breakfast and to answer emails, but I won't ever be returning, with or without my dog.

They like giving people decaf out of spite, and staff usually has a pretentious attitude. The one on Washington is way nicer, always gets your order right and staff is so polite. Recommend people go there instead.

The baristas I have encountered have always been able to give me good suggestions when I have asked. It's nice to know they actually know what they're selling.
