service is alwaysss good , ?? i get a matcha with brown sugar and salted caramel cold foam . Always taste so good and never messed it up besides a few times there hasnāt been given a full pumps of brown sugar which is no biggie but taste rlly good and everyone is so friendly - caledonia location ?

This is the 3rd time now where you fill the coffee to the rim! Those lids that you have do not do a good job of sealing, especially when you have a stopper in there and that steam causes it to easily come off and it ends up burning me!!!steam Can you please not fill the coffee room the rim,. Again, especially when you have a stopper in there. Thank you

I am always very happy with this location, itās close to home and convenient. I donāt mind waiting for my Mobil order not being ready when I get there despite getting the text itās ready for pick up. Iām patient, I work busy retail and I get it. Today I went to pick up my Mobil order, it didnāt look right, (very dark and I ask for extra splash of half and half). I say good morning, can you tell me if this has extra cream? It looks a little dark(it was almost black) the drink is grabbed out of my hand and before I can even just ask for cream to be added, she dumps it out saying āI didnāt make this how would I know, Iāll make it overā I say thank you and ask if she can use the same cup to which she ignores me so I say it again. She makes it over but is very angry for some reason. She puts it down and walks away, I say Iām sorry I made you angry, this looks good. My response from her? She rolls her eyes, scoffs, and turns around. I was going to let it go but then was like I just paid $7 for a drink order at least 5 times a week and get attitude and rudeness. I call on my way to work. Anna answered and said the manager was to busy to talk to me, Iām sorry? āSheās busy doing other things and is to busy to talk to youā oh ok. I say wow thatās very rude. This has quickly become my favorite location and I know everyone has bad days but come on. Hopefully they donāt treat everyone like this.
