I am always very happy with this location, it’s close to home and convenient. I don’t mind waiting for my Mobil order not being ready when I get there despite getting the text it’s ready for pick up. I’m patient, I work busy retail and I get it. Today I went to pick up my Mobil order, it didn’t look right, (very dark and I ask for extra splash of half and half). I say good morning, can you tell me if this has extra cream? It looks a little dark(it was almost black) the drink is grabbed out of my hand and before I can even just ask for cream to be added, she dumps it out saying “I didn’t make this how would I know, I’ll make it over” I say thank you and ask if she can use the same cup to which she ignores me so I say it again. She makes it over but is very angry for some reason. She puts it down and walks away, I say I’m sorry I made you angry, this looks good. My response from her? She rolls her eyes, scoffs, and turns around. I was going to let it go but then was like I just paid $7 for a drink order at least 5 times a week and get attitude and rudeness. I call on my way to work. Anna answered and said the manager was to busy to talk to me, I’m sorry? “She’s busy doing other things and is to busy to talk to you” oh ok. I say wow that’s very rude. This has quickly become my favorite location and I know everyone has bad days but come on. Hopefully they don’t treat everyone like this.

I was seriously disappointed with the how the staff handled making a drink wrong. nobody should have to pay $7-8 for something they didn’t ask for.

Yea this place sucks. Personally I would not come here ever again. The associates talk about customers after they leave and are very rude. Many of the drinks are not to standard and the associates are young and inexperianced. I use to work here and was bullied by other coworkers. It is not a safe and welcoming environment, rather a clique. The food is processed and packaged, nothing is fresh. Go up the block to Mocha Lisa instead for fresh coffee and stop supporting a multi-million dollar business.
