Paid for double meat and never received it my ham and turkey sandwich was supposed to come with provolone cheese never got it instead I got an argument on the phone and a façade of they don’t care. There’s plenty of other sub sandwich places in the city that I can go to, and give them my money, not subway again not this subway at least

Only came here because my boyfriend and I had gift cards. Came in 9:45 roughly, they shoulda been open already for about an hour or so. When we came in, employee was still setting up the line. Didn't have the toaster on either so we had to wait for that. Didn't acknowledge us at all the entire time. The other 2 employees we saw didn't acknowledge us either. Nothing along the lines of "I'm sorry you're my first customer today I'm still getting set up it'll be a bit" After waiting for the toaster to heat up, my sandwich was still cold and he wrapped it up anyways. We ended up leaving after 15-20 minutes for 2 sandwiches, one of which never even got fully made because the toaster wasn't heated up all the way. Judging by the other reviews, I think my boyfriend and I dodged a bullet anyways.

Food wasn't made right taste bad my kids got sick from here throwing up n diarrhea all day next day after they ate. I paid a lot for 2 sandwiches. And food wasn't good very salty Meats inside on edges by the veggies was dirty I should knew better when I saw that look like old food on side like they don't wash or clean that areas all around. Ain't the same there. Lathrop subway is 100% better. Clean n fresh food

Very unclean maintenance. Never have food here.Had hairs in the Sandwich and meat stinks.There are multiple reports of Mice/Rats living in the kitchen and noticed Mice/rat poop on the floors everywhere in the dining area.Staff is unprofessional can’t understand or speak proper English.Staff don’t wear hair net or cap while preparing the food.No gloves will be worn while preparing the food.They won’t wear any uniform.Food from here will make you throw up.

I order online the bread was wrong I got wheat and there was no cheese the meat was half this was the worst sandwich I have ever received from subway clearly its turned into a disappointment now they can't even hire people that can read and yes the cheese and bread was marked I will never order from here again I would rather drive out of my way to at least get what I order

This subway doesn't take any coupons and the worst thing I have saw is that the environment is very Unhygienic and they use the same gloves for billing and making sandwich too..Really horrible

I asked for a certain sandwich, and I said everything that it comes with and just add lettuce. It became so many questions, dressings (idk, what comes on it, veggies, idk what comes on it), why have numbers if you're going to ask anyway. Then I got home to give the sandwich to my son and of course they didn't put everything that suppose to come on it...frustrating

Since new ownership prices have risen a lot if making a custom sub. I'll say this tho besides Lee's deli on 20 this is on of the only chain stores that will let u make ur sub however you want it.
This subway doesn’t take any coupons and it feels like we got racked over the coals. $20 for 2 subs?! That’s insane. Doesn’t look or feel like a conventional Subway either.

Horrible, spent $30 I wish I can get back last night. My husband picked up dinner for us, gave him such a hard time. Ate it and acouple hours later we realized got food poisoning(including our 3yr old) since he got a sandwich too. Throwing up, and constantly going to the bathroom now for hrs. With all my medical problems already that’s not okay, and our son. Will be reporting and maybe get our money back or something. 0 stars!!!

Dumpy. 3 staff and was long wait very disorganized. Guy making subs stopped and without changing gloves went and touched money/register and then started making sandwiches again. Walked out with the 2 people in line behind me. What a joke and disgusting.
