I stopped by this Subway in Racine for the first time and I’m really glad I did! The location at 2221 Lathrop Ave, Racine, WI 53405, shows online that it opens at 7:00 a.m. Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. on Saturday, and 9:00 a.m. on Sunday so they’re keeping right on schedule. I arrived just after they opened at 9:00 a.m., and everything about the experience was positive.
Right away I was greeted by Christina, who welcomed me with a warm smile and asked helpful questions about what I wanted. Her upbeat and humorous tone made the visit feel genuine, not just routine. She guided me through each step of my order, checking in to ensure I was happy with my selections.
For my meal, I ordered a foot-long Tuna, a foot-long Italian, and three cookies. I was a little disappointed to learn that the peanut butter cookie has been discontinued years ago seriously not trying to date myself LOL 😆, as it was always my favorite but that didn’t take away from how enjoyable the overall experience was. The bread was fresh, the ingredients looked vibrant, and the sandwiches were made with real care and attention to detail.
I originally visited after reading several negative reviews about this location, but my experience was the complete opposite. Christina’s professionalism, kindness, and cheerful personality made this visit stand out in the best way. I’ll definitely be returning and highly recommend this Subway to anyone looking for a friendly, fresh, and welcoming spot in Racine.

I go here frequently and my order is always messed up. Always missing something. Almost on purpose. So I purposely never tip. Probably why the sandwich is screwed up but nevertheless I will use the tip they never get to buy the mayo they never give me.

i come here all the time never had a problem , went this morning picked up my order and come home only to see it’s burnt 🤣 been calling no one even answers the phone. tried letting it just pass but it’s literally burnt hard ass bread.

I've been getting dinner here for my family regularly, about once a week, until last night. I always use the app, and ordered a protein bowl for myself, which costs more than a regular salad, but is worth it. I got our order home and discovered that my rotisserie chicken protein bowl with peppercorn ranch dressing, which I've had several times, had yellow mustard dumped on top of the dressing. It's not in the description, not on my receipt and nothing in our order had yellow mustard on it. It was gross, and my meal was ruined. Luckily there are several Subways around the area, so we'll be trying the others.

Went in and ordered two sandwiches. Never asked anything about what we wanted moved way to quick and rushed through our whole order. Tried to speak up and said it was our fault because we didn't say it loud enough? Sandwich wasn't even what we wanted were very unprofessional. HIRE BETTER PEOPLE!!!

I found a piece of hair in my food actually under my sandwich. They're not even wearing hair nets. The wait time was a little bit longer than normal just to entertain their friends about a tattoo horrible.

Sunday 10/13/24 @ 6:30 My husband was getting a haircut decided to get a soup. They turned away every customer that walked in after me. Very rude, lazy confrontational unprofessional girls that work here.

Pulled up at 10:49, all the lights were off and the girls inside already had the store closed. As someone who worked in food service, just because you’re not busy doesn’t mean you can close early!! Incredibly disappointing.

I came there to get a sandwich and also cookies, oatmeal cookies were stale and taste old, how can you sell cookies like that to people it is obvious that they were there for quite some time I tried calling to complain but no one answered so that’s why I’m doing this review, the sandwich was good but this bad review is for the stale cookie I am angry and disgusted by this, if you are not going to put out fresh cookies then don’t sell them. Yuck
