Service is terrible and they are always having some kind of issue. Tonight they are out of beef and still up charging for chicken or steak... makes no sense. A taco place out of beef... Do not waste your time going to this beef less taco bell.

Rude employees took the food from a customer who had the wrong order and took it behind the counter and was about to hand it to a customer at the drive-through to correct the order until I stop them and then they wanted to be rude to me because I told them they’re not supposed to do that and they told me not to do their job that is a food service health hazard she Could have had roaches or poison the food and they were about to hand it to a customer smh It was an older black lady and a slow white dude

I had to order on the machine. Placed my order extra charge for 3 cups of cheese I wanted never got them. I paid almost 40 for what I got. won't go back.. it wasn't worth it at all. Sad to say it really was bad all around.. I also called to get the cups of cheese replaced, and no one answered the phone. If you're gonna charge extra for everything, make sure it is included

The food is typically okay. However today I didn't get my food as they told me they were having electrical issues and they couldn't fulfill my online order. The lights were on and they were serving other customers. Makes you wonder the real reason for the service refusal.

Don't waste your time, website says open past midnight, i arrive at 9:50pm and after waiting in line for 10 minutes get told they aren't taking anymore orders. This hasn't been a 1 time occasion either its been about 12 times this has happened. Its a lazy crew, lazy manager and odds are they are just collecting a check. I normally like to give folks the benefit of the doubt but this place is hot garbage for staff. I hope the right people see this

To Taco Bell Management,

My coworkers and I placed a lunch order through your location today. We place orders often, a couple times a week. When we saw who our DoorDash driver was, I kindly asked him to make sure the mild and hot sauce packets we requested were included in the bag, as they're often forgotten.

Unfortunately, I was told by the driver that when he relayed this request to your staff, he was met with unnecessary attitude. Reportedly, an employee responded with, “They know how to read,” and mentioned that they “hate making orders for DoorDash.”

Frankly, this is disappointing and unprofessional. As someone who has dined in and ordered from your location numerous times, I know a large volume of your business comes through delivery apps like DoorDash. It’s disheartening to hear that your employees treat delivery drivers — who are simply advocating for customers — with such disrespect.

If this is how your team responds to simple, polite requests, then perhaps it’s time we start ordering from a different location. It’s clear our business isn't appreciated.

For starters The ladies at the drive thru were super friendly. But when I got home and looked in my bag I realized I was missing items (as usual!) Then the 5 layer burrito was more like a soupy cat food burrito..with nacho cheese layered in. So technically a 2 layer bean burrito. THEN I got a large order of nacho fries and they tasted like they threw em in the fryer just long enough to get warm on the outside cuz they were still frozen on the inside. Terrible place. Always has been, and apparently always will be trash

Im currently at the Taco Bell in Mt. Pleasant Wisconsin thats attached to the Mobil Gas Station. Every single time I come here this worker goes above and beyond with her service. Today the headset or speaker in the screen wasn't working so she was running out and writing on paper taking orders in the pouring rain for multiple people. She STILL had the biggest smile on her face and was so kind. Not one single complaint. Her name is Rebecca and she is a valuable team member. Thank you for the service!
