Was told food was going to be a 15 minute wait in the drive-through with only one car in front of me, then got to the window and was told that there is no ground beef for tacos. Said they would sub chicken got home in my tacos. We’re all falling out of the wrapper and smashed. No sour cream on them And no tomatoes. Can’t believe you charge almost $16 for five tacos and they weren’t even edible.

For a store that normally doesn't carry the chili cheese burrito, the 2x2 (I ordered seconds) I had were some of the best I've had (my normal STL stores carry the CCB normally).
I ate in, and the store was clean (and the only seated customer). It was interesting to watch a guy ask for a water cup, only to fill it with blue drink, then sneak out around the perimeter of the dining room, and another woman ask for a cup so she could fill it completely full with ice (for her vodka, I'm going to assume based on her body language 🥴).
It's too bad TB is stopping the nationwide CCB (it was still available for rewards members as of 16-Oct-25).

This is crazy! Called ahead of time to make sure they had what we wanted cause a different store we tried had a broken machine. Physically talked to a person that checked for me and said they had what we wanted. Get there in the drive thru and we're told that they discontinued it? What? I can see stuff happening when you just show up, but we called ahead. So disappointed. Can't count even on people telling you ahead if time.

Everyone I go here (maybe once every couple of months) there’s ALWAYS an issue. Either they “got slammed with DoorDash orders so it’ll be at least 30 mins until we can even make your food” or “we’re not taking orders anymore we have too many right now” or today they told me “our screens don’t work” and when I asked if I came inside would they work and she responded with “NO MAAM. I said our screens are black” as someone else is actively getting their food. Just super ridiculous. Just shut the place down if it never takes orders or if they keep making excuses. (All interactions have been different times of day and week days and weekends. SUPER strange.
