Listen, lol, I almost never write reviews... but I tried this T Bell today during lunch because the new manager had posted in a Racine Facebook group about working to improve the place and I wanted to see for myself.I'm not lying, this was the BEST Taco Bell I've had in a LONG while. It was clearly fresh, they didn't skimp on ingredients, got the order right immediately, I didn't wait ten years, AND the workers at the window were nice. I wish the T Bell on Douglas was like this! The Cheesy Gordita Crunch was *chef's kiss*.Keep up the great work, new management.

been here twice this month and the new general manager has really turned things around! very polite staff. very clean inside. food was prepared to my specs. it wasn’t busy so the staff brought my food to me. this is THE TB to visit!

I went in the drive thru at about 1130am, they messed up my food so I came in. It was a person with a manager shirt on and a limp. She was very very rude and had a snotty attitude. She did not seem like she wanted to help me much. I usually try to visit twice a week but the last month has been absolutely horrible.

Food was old and soggy. Like it was made hours ago and not 15 mins ago when we order it. The most disgusting taco bell food I have ever had. It’s like they stepped on it and gave to us. It was also ice cold. Completely useless and incompetent employees and management.

If at 7pm during the week your doors are going be locked and your only taking delivery service orders...put a sign up so we customers are wasting time getting out the car then having to sit in the drive thru. Where's your common sense.

Staff is extremely rude and does not follow health regulations. witnessed a staff member vaping in the cooking area.Food is terrible in comparison to the other tacobells in the area, im guessing they never change their oil.Corporate needs to close this tacobell down.

Came at 9:20am, "we ain't open". Also consistently worse food and higher prices than the Green Bay location. Go there instead, always better service and great food. Find a new owner/manager for this location.
